Beautiful Cottage Walkable to Falls Park on the Reedy & Downtown

Welcome to our home away from home! You'll be close to Greenville's most beautiful attractions, many within walking distance or an even shorter drive away. It's a 15–20-minute walk to much of Downtown and Falls Park on the Reedy and Cancer Survivor's Park are only an 8-10 minute walk away! Alternatively, you can easily have a quiet night in! You can take some time to lounge on our daybed swing, enjoy a cozy fire in our peaceful backyard fire pit, or relax in our hot tub.

Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place all used towels in the hampers in the closets. Do not strip the beds unless the sofa bed is used; please remove those sheets and place in the laundry room.
Set thermostat to 74° if the air conditioning is on. Set to 65° if the heat is on.
Please make sure all trash is gathered up and placed in the exterior receptacles. Please move receptacles to the curb on Sunday for Monday morning pick up
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please leave your shoes in the entry. No unauthorized guests. No smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes on or within the home. No commercial photography!
Please maintain our quiet hours between 10pm and 8am! Swimsuits MUST be worn at all times in the hot tub and no rough housing! Spa temp set back to 90
Documented Service Animals only. No pots, pans or knives in the dishwasher. Please take trash and recycling to the outside receptacles. Thank you

This house was so beautiful and well equipped with everything we needed for a short stay. The kitchen was well stocked with any supplies we needed, the owner even had some welcome snacks for us, which my kids enjoyed. It felt like home for us. This is the most welcoming home we have rented. Communication was amazing and we fell in love with the space. We spent a quick weekend celebrating Easter with our daughter who attends Clemson. The home was comfortable, inviting, and beautifully decorated and remodeled. We really appreciated the fact that we didn’t have to share a bathroom; each bedroom came with a full size luxurious bathroom. The host was very accommodating during our stay, communicating with us as needed. We thank her for the coffee and snacks that she provided for us upon check in. Overall, we think the property was excellent. It was in a good location within walking distance to the Cancer Survivor Park and Reedy Falls.

Lovely place. Seems like everything is newly upgraded and it had everything we needed. Location is great for getting to the West end and Reedy Falls Park although we didn’t end up walking due to cold rainy weather for much of the stay. Host was in touch and helpful. Highly recommend- we will stay again when we return to Greenville.

Wonderful place
