If you're looking for modern amenities with secluded beaches this property is for you. Our condo in La Ribera is just minutes from empty clear blue beaches. But don't worry you have full ocean views from every room in the house. With 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms it's the perfect couples or family getaway. Close to four seasons La Ribera if you want a few fancy evenings out, but right next door to local eateries with affordable cuisine. Only 30 minutes from Cabo Pulmo a protected area where you can snorkel, scuba and much more. 30 min in the other direction is Los Barriles, a kite surfers paradise with shops and more restaurants. Our little condo is your perfect slice of paradise and we're so happy to share it with you!
*Please note that while the town La Ribera is incredibly beautiful and our condo is new and modern there are occasional brief power outages. These usually last only a few seconds to a few minutes, however, if you travel with medical equipment this could be an issue.

Great place!

What a great property this was. Clean and well kept with all the necessary amenities. Nice views of the Sea of Cortez and a short distance to some great beaches!

Excellent Property

I stay in La Rivera monthly and this was the best location I have stay in - the condo was very roomy with nice furniture and a TV in both bedrooms & living space. The kitchen was nice and large too and contemporary bathrooms too...it is a new build! Parking is easy too.

Great Spot!

This is a great new condo unit. Only 6 units and there was only one other one occupied while we were there. First couple of days there were power issue which are common in the area, the rest of the stay no issues. It is well stocked for cooking. Pool is refreshing and hot tub warms up in a few hours. Would have been nice to have had lounge chairs around the pool, but other than that it was great. We had one issue with a drain and Carlo had it taken care of immediately. Great host, great property would not hesitate to stay there again.

This condo was relatively new, very nice interior. However this is a very small, remote fishing village and therefore nothing else to do. The locals must go to the next town of Los Barriles for groceries. Both nights of our stay there were numerous power outages throughout the night. Numerous meaning 50 times or more! I know this is out of the property owners control. But for someone who uses a CPAP machine this is very problematic. In the property description it tells you that power outages are a possibility and that it should come back on quickly. That was not our experience! Also the water pressure in the shower is so weak it was hard to rinse out your shampoo! The pool was rather cool as was the hot tub. No furniture around the pool. In the description it says there is a roof top patio. But again, no furniture up there! We only found one restaurant, Efren's, which was ok, they were out of many things when we were there. If you are looking for a remote, quiet place to retreat this is the place for you!

Il s'agit d'un appartement au RDC dans une petite résidence toute neuve au milieu d'un quartier en développement où les rues sont en sable (prévoir une bonne voiture et éviter d'arriver la nuit). L'appartement est très bien décoré avec des lits hyper confortables et un très bon accès internet (rare dans la région). Côté cuisine, il n'y a pas de lave-vaisselle, un tout petit four et un petit micro-ondes, pas de casseroles. Il y a plein de restaurants à proximité, mais il faut prendre la voiture pour tout. La piscine est de belle taille, elle n'est pas chauffée donc ce n'était pas confortable le soir ou le matin (novembre). Cabo Pulmo est à 30-40 mn en voiture, la seule route est en terre et pas très facile. Si vous prévoyez de faire de la plongée ou du snorkeling plus d'une fois, privilégiez un hébergement sur place (cabanas). La zone est en plein développement, il y avait des camions partout : cela va changer rapidement.

We found the East Cape by accident while daydreaming during the pandemic and we knew we had to have a place here. We love sharing our place with people from around the world so they can see the East Cape in all it's glory. From beautiful beaches to protected National Parks, the East Cape has everything.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is safe and quiet. While our condo is new and modern it's a contrast to the ruggedness of the area. So you get the best of both worlds when you stay with us. We're walking distance to many restaurants and a 15 min walk to the beach. The locals are incredible and we are always happy to arrive in La Ribera.

What makes this property unique

Our property is the first modern condo's in La Ribera. It's a very up and coming area and many of the houses are large. Bungalō offers couples, families or small groups a place to stay that's new and modern without having to rent a huge property. Did we mention we have ocean views from every room and a rooftop deck?
