Lani Kai 122 is a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo that has recently been remodeled. Lani Kai is in walking distance to all Gulf Shores has to offer. The private balcony has a ceiling fan and a protective ceiling mat to prevent spills from the balcony directly above. The balcony over looks two pools, one for families and one for adults only.

The entry and window above kitchen sink overlook beautiful Little Lagoon. The condo features two bedroom suites, each with its own bathroom. Both bedrooms come fully decorated with coastal flair and has flat screen TVs. Both bathrooms feature tub/shower combos. The living room includes pull out sofa and large flat screen TV. King, King and Sofa Sleeper Sleeps 6

Lani Kai is located approximately 1 mile west of Highway 59. Lani Kai is a low density complex with pools, barbecue grills, picnic tables and deeded beach access. There is parking for 2 vehicles on ground level.

Great Stay!

We had a fantastic stay. The condo was exactly as listed and has a great layout. We really enjoyed the balcony. The pool was a great option when it was a bit windy for the beach. The condo is located close to local attractions and the beach is just across the street. We would stay in this condo again!

Great Little Spot!

The condo was perfect for our family. It looked out over a serene part of the bay with a big cleared lot for grilling and bunnies munching on grass. We never had time for the pool but it looked nice. Everything we needed was included in the accommodations!

Great weekend getaway

The booking process was perfect . Just being able to go straight to the condo and check in keyless was great after just spending time on the road. Bathrooms were stocked and had everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. One thing is the pull out couch mattress could use replacing but other than that the renovation were well worth it.

Absolutely awesome!

Very clean and nice property. Easy check in and out! Everything worked as it should especially the AC and hot water lol. The only thing that would make it better was to have a bucket of miller iced down upon arrival. Lol. Will definitely be using in the future

Cute place Great location!

Very cute and clean! Just across the street from the beach. Close to restaurants and attractions. A few maintenance issues like outlets not working, but rental company replied quickly. Just some suggestions to make the stay easier, especially for people flying in. Providing beach towels, salt/pepper, Clorox wipes or some disinfectant to clean the kitchen counters, and better beach chairs and umbrellas as they were all broken or rusted.

Nice stay

No problems. Location presented as described. Texted one time about a non working coffee pot and a new one was promptly delivered and set up. The covered parking took some practice as we drove in a large truck and the spaces were slim. The truck fit, but took some navigation and patience. Be sure to bring extra TP!!
