Pelican Landing is a beautifully decorated 3 bedroom / 2 bath beach cottage in the Rookery III community of Fort Morgan, AL. 15 minutes west of Gulf Shores Parkway. This lovely cottage is perfect for families and those who want to enjoy the incredible, sugar-white Alabama beaches without the crowds, traffic, and congestion of high-rise condos, yet is only a short drive to Gulf Shores and its many attractions, restaurants, entertainment and shopping. The Rookery III is located less than (2) minutes from the Gulf of Mexico. You can also enjoy two Rookery III pools with one being zero-entry (no steps) with kiddie pool. The terrific Sassy Bass Restaurant, Grocery, and Beverage Store, as well as a Dollar General are close by so you don't need to travel far for anything! Pelican Landing is all about relaxation...a quiet, laid back, hassle-free getaway yet still close to everything Gulf Shores/Orange Beach has to offer. Pelican Landing has many features & upgrades, to include wood-look tile floors throughout, custom cabinets, granite countertops in kitchen and baths, travertine tile in baths, nine-foot ceilings, outdoor shower, and landscaping. The 1300 sq ft cottage is well designed and can accommodate up to 6 adults with 2 children in the bunk comfortably. Rooms include; living room, dining area, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and screened-in porch. There private 2 car parking at the front door.

Pelican Landing is decorated in calm, comfortable coastal furnishings and décor. The living room has two large sofas with 4 built-in recliners for relaxing or watching the 50" HDTV with DirectTV premium channel package, along with Roku for streaming. There are board games and playing cards available. Wireless internet is provided. The dining area has a lovely table with seating for six. The master bedroom has king size bed, 40" flat screen HDTV, double closet, dresser and en suite master bath. The master bath has double vanities, garden tub, and rain showerhead. The guest bedroom also has king size bed, 32" flat screen HDTV, dresser and closet. It also has direct access to the guest bathroom for privacy. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed and two upper bunks for children. It is equipped with 32" HDTV and DVD player, dresser and double closet. All bedding is premium quality for utmost comfort and restful sleep.

The kitchen is equipped with Whirlpool stainless steel appliances, to include electric stove with convection oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker and door dispenser. Small appliances include; coffee maker
(K-cup/drip combo), blender, toaster, crockpot and hand mixer. All items needed for cooking and serving are provided; dishware, cookware, stainless silverware, cooking utensils, serving pieces, and knife set. There is a pantry and laundry area with full-size washer and dryer. Iron and ironing board are provided. As well as, pack-n-play crib and highchair.

The screened porch has deep cushion seating set, bistro table, and chairs and is also equipped with 32" flat screen HDTV and ceiling fan.
