Loved the view of the lake all day! Nice large deck area we loved as well. Only item that’s missing is a light over the large table in dining room. Had a great time. Place was nicely located to Nashville as well.

Thank you, we have plans to get some recessed lighting in the dining area.
We immensely enjoyed our stay. The host was great with communication and was flexible in allowing us to arrive a day earlier than requested. The place itself has incredible views on both floors. House is clean. The beds and couches were super comfy. Definitely will come back again!
Very nice property with a beautiful view and nice amenities including a hot tub, firepit, grill, pool table and table tennis. We enjoyed our stay and apreciate the responsiveness of the property owners.
We enjoyed our stay. We had WiFi issues, which the host did fix it just took a couple days. Made it difficult for 2 members in our party to work though. Overall I’d recommend it!
The house was very nice and clean. We used the patio and hot tub on the cool fall nights and had a nice time outside and no issue with bugs. Kitchen had everything we needed for preparing meals and nice to have a big table to sit around and catch up. The beds were all comfortable and pillows were new. We did not use the AC or heat during our stay. Would recommend to a friend.
We had a good stay. The house has plenty of space for a group. The place needs some attention to minor things that would improve the stay. Overall it was a good choice for our group.
Great house, excellent location. But the house had a few maintenance issues. Most noticeable, slippery bath tubs, no handicap grab bars in any of the bath tubs. And there are loose bricks on the front steps.
My family wanted a quiet lake house with enough room to spread out, and this was perfect. Easy access to Nashville, but also quiet and peaceful. We had a wonderful time.
Fantastic location in close proximity to downtown Nashville. Excellent amenities to entertain kids/teens. Great to have downstairs area for the kids. Well supplied kitchen/laundry. House is older, a bit creaky (sound travels easily), lighting/furniture/grill could use updating. Overall an excellent place for a large group.Would definitely stay here again!
Checking in was a breeze the hosts was very informative and kind. The house meet all of our needs and then some. Relaxing in the parlor on the upper level with a hot cup of coffee enjoying every sound of the beauty that we do desperately need take a moment to hear... Nature calling ususleeping
We were a party of 9 for a birthday get together and all fit perfectly and had plenty of room to gather in the evenings to hang out. Theres plenty of bathrooms and the two kitchens are a major plus the hot tub was sufficient and if u have any issues the number is very easy to reach someone. The property is gorgeous and we never had any complaints besides some of the pillows were pretty flat but most of us brought our own so that's not huge
The house was very nice with a well stocked kitchen and needed supplies in kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room. Hot tub was great with plenty of towels. The deck was perfect for hanging out, with a nice fire pit.The inside of the house was clean and had many places to hang out but the wifi in the downstairs did not work, which was quite disappointing to be unable to watch sports while playing pool and ping pong. The outside area by the dock needs attention and grooming. Logs in water, overgrown weeds. Dock area run down and no place to sit or hang out. You can't swim off dock which I assumed we would be able to.We would have benefited from that fact being clearly stated. The shed with kayaks etc was lacking. No functional kayaks when we arrived. Andy responded quickly and had some delivered.

We have since added a couple of WiFi extenders for the downstairs. The WiFi was sometimes a little difficult to pick up in the basement.
We’ve had someone clean up the dock area for debris. That area does sometimes get debris wash in from the lake. It sits in the back of a cove. We clean it and wash the dock area as needed. It’s difficult to keep all the debris out, as the lake is a flowing river as well.
Stop looking – and start booking! We 6 adults used up every bit of space and it was amazing! We had plenty of privacy in this quiet neighborhood and comfortable space for everyone. We enjoyed morning coffee in the sunroom, on the back porch, and then again in the gazebo rotunda…all overlooking the fantastic view of the lake. The kitchen is large and well stocked with essentials. One couple brought a cornhole game where we played on the back porch with plenty of room. Ping-pong table is in its own space right next to the pool table. All of the equipment was in working order. Separate A/C in some common space areas made it easy to enjoy friendly competition. Hot tub is great. Lots of towels! Washer/dryer looked new and worked perfectly. Barbecue grill had plenty of propane and worked just fine. Plenty of comfortable indoor seating too. Even with 6 adults there was still room for 2 more adults and 4 kids, if you have a larger party. Check in/out very easy! Owner was very quick to respond.
Overall good. We really enjoyed the stay. There are Many things need to be worked on. Lights and fans in master bedroom did not work. Family room couch is on its last leg. Many light balbs needed to be replaced. Main dining does not have any lighting. Kitchen rags needed.

Seasonal rental at best
As can be the case, the pictures look amazing and while the house isn’t terrible, it is an old home with lipstick updates that leave so much to be desired. The layout is strange and one bedroom is tiny without windows. The couple that slept there was very unhappy. The associated bathroom, really all the bathrooms, are tight and very bizarrely laid out. The sunroom was our favorite room once we figured out how to turn on the heat (no instructions given). Overall, it allowed our group of 10 to stay together and catch up so not all is lost. The outside looked like it is pretty great when it is warm and green. The walk down to the water is steep though, very steep. This group will gather again this year but not likely back at this home. I would be more forgiving if we didn’t pay a huge premium for an off season home that didn’t live up.
As an aside, the windows on the front of the home open from the top and the botttom which is great most of the time except these windows don’t fit the casings and kept falling from the top. Weather was in the 40s when we were there and all the front windows were open at all times. Cold and soooo unsafe. Not sure how the owners are okay with this situation but had anything happened the liability would have been enormous on them.
