In the heart of happening beaches, dining, breweries, and coffee shops in Leucadia/Encinitas, yet OffTheBeatenPath. Located just east of Hwy 101 you won't believe how quiet this home is, tucked away from the hip and happening areas of Leucadia, OffTheBeatenPath.

Please note: This home shares a private driveway with a full-time rented granny flat over the home's 2-car garage (separate entrances, separate off-street parking, separate/private yards). The owner lives at an adjacent property in this peaceful family neighborhood. For security purposes, the home has a security system that includes a smart doorbell at the front door, the smart doorbell captures exterior audio and exterior video of the home's driveway area.

Home is perfect for couples, families, and business travelers, includes a washer/dryer (complimentary washer pods/dryer sheets), 65" TV, Nespresso machine (complimentary coffee pods, assorted creamers, raw sugar), cooking/dining essentials, stylish beach gear (chairs, towels, umbrella) and boogie boards. This home has everything you could ask for and probably more. Brand new, rebuilt home with all brand new furniture! The home is on a quiet residential street, west of hwy 5 and barely east of 101. We are looking for guests who appreciate a beautiful home, and peaceful family neighborhood and can be respectful of the home, our neighbors, no parties, no events, outside quiet hours starting at 9 pm.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was incredibly clean, a well stocked kitchen, very well designed and decorated and we loved the location. Close to many restaurants, shops and the beach. Good communication with the host also. Highly recommend.

Wonderful property and experience!

Everything about our stay was flawless. The property was lovely (recently remodeled), and had everything one could need to enjoy their stay without any stress. The kitchen made it easy to cook a couple meals on two of the nights. The bedding and towels were comfortable. The owners communicated promptly with us and Brian was helpful and friendly when we arrived. There is a great little park within walking distance we took our kids to. No shortage of shops and good restaurants near by. We definitely hope to stay here again!

Wonderful!

My family stayed a week at this property and had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Beds were very comfortable and we all slept great. We spent a lot of time at the beach so we really appreciated access to the beach chairs, beach towels, and umbrellas. Our kids loved all the beach toys & boogie boards. Thank you!

Beautiful Home And Comfortable Too!

This house is top notch! Booked a girls’ weekend very last minute and was so pleased when we arrived at this lovely home. Plenty of space for the 5 of us, super comfortable beds and very nice linens. Great deck which we used for morning coffee and dinner alfresco. Within a doable walking distance from plenty of good restaurants and an easy drive to so much more. I’ve already recommended this spot to others!

The home was clean, quiet, well decorated & lovely, just as photo's show. Kitchen was well stocked & we enjoyed the large private deck as well. Also loved the large, nearby park for our toddler! Only issue for our family was walkability to anything else as the train tracks make it a challenge to walk to the nearby cafe's, etc. The good news re the nearby train is that the train noise wasn't bad at all. Would absolutely recommend the home for a quiet stay.

Beautiful property

My husband, two children and I stayed at the home for a full month as we were visiting family nearby. The house was fully equipped with everything we could need for a long term stay (kitchen utensils, cooking supplies, cleaning supplies, laundry, beach chairs & toys). We were thoroughly impressed by the thought and attention to detail the owners of the property put into outfitting the home for its guests. The interior of the home is beautifully designed, but also comfortable. The beds and linens are hotel quality. Additionally, the addition of a sizeable backyard patio made our stay so special as we were able to enjoy the San Diego weather and dine outside almost every evening. We can not say enough good things about our stay here!

A Fantastic House in a Terrific Location

We stayed at this beautiful house in Leucadia for our daughter's soccer tournament in Del Mar. While soccer was our main focus, we also found time for surfing, beach time, golf, the Del Mar horse track and exploring areas north of San Diego. This house in Leucadia couldn't have been a better find! The interior and exterior were immaculate, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking in and packing lunches to go. We also took advantage of the grill and the relaxing outdoor space. We hadn't heard of Leucadia before this trip but now we'll always look to come back. It's the ideal location for beaches, restaurants, and just a relaxing weekend. The house is incredible. It's cleanliness, living spaces, bathrooms, showers, and quiet neighborhood were always welcoming after our jam-packed vacation days. The next time we're in the area, we're hoping to stay again!

Immaculate home, responsive hosts!

My family of five recently returned from a 4 day/3 night stay here. This home is modern, beautifully decorated, and extremely clean. It really felt like a home away from home. The neighborhood is quiet and it is just a couple of miles from several good restaurants, activities, and the beach. A few things in the home that I particularly appreciated aside from the cleanliness and decor were: - a dish of candy and snacks as a welcome treat - Nespresso machine and plenty of pods to choose from - jars of coffee creamer and sugar - quality body wash, shampoo, and conditioner - a good amount of paper towels, toilet paper, etc. - very comfortable beds - closets in each room with various storage options that made it easy to unpack and get settled - a wrap around deck with comfy seating - a pet free home w/ no carpet A couple of things to note: - We have AT&T as our mobile carrier and the service was very spotty unless we were on the deck. It is important to note that the wifi never had any issues. - There is one very large tv in the main living area and the bedrooms do not have tv's. If you are used to having tv's in every room, this would be an adjustment for you. I didn't mind and I believe this info is included in the description so it wasn't a surprise. I needed to reach out to the host, Nichole, on a couple of occasions and she was always accommodating, responsive, and helpful. Much appreciated! We enjoyed our stay and definitely plan to return.
