Amenities of this home include 3 fully furnished bedrooms, 1 king and 2 queen beds, and also a pullout queen sofa in office. Private en-suite master bath with tub and separate shower and tile throughout. A full kitchen with everything you need to make yourself at home. Kitchen table in a nook space seats 4, 3 bar stools at kitchen counter and a dining room that seats 6. Also a large lanai and big private back yard. Enjoy great community amenities: Gated entry, club house with large pool, hot tub, gym. Also basketball, tennis/pickleball courts, and playground. Walking/jogging path around the community.
PLEASE NOTE** Moody River HOA requires a background check which is paid separately. Cost is $100 for married couple, $100 for additional adult over 18.
