We absolutely loved our visit! The cabin was beautiful and the cows were so fun to watch. We especially loved the kitty who hangs out on the porch. She is the sweetest girl! We will definitely be back!
Great location at the top of the hill, plenty to look at!

The mattresses were very uncomfortable. The couches were broken leaving nowhere to sit comfortably. The kitchen was dirty. Dirty dishes were put back on shelves. The whole place needed updating.
We had a pre-mothers day getaway and wanted space, a hot tub, and a place to play games and organize bridal shower things! We got it! middle of nowhere! hbonusa bonus. Absolutely loved our s
Honestly, that's what made this trip worth every penny; being surprised with little furry friends. Too bad we couldn't bring them in to eat the bugs that were inside.
We enjoyed our stay as a couple to have time away without the kids. This place would be great if we brought our kids someday too. We enjoyed the hot tub and the large table to play games on. Most of the doors don’t lock, which we felt safe and live small town life also, but it’s a little unsettling that anyone could have access to the property at any time. We loved the porch cat but the urine smell at the porch and directly at the inside of the house hits real hard and is unpleasant. We would come back.
We did a winter low tech trip with my family (grandparents, partner and I, 4 kids ages 17, 15, 12 and 3 and our small dog). It was a beautiful property and cabin with tons of space and plenty to do inside and out. Hiking trails and the cave were fun even though it was a little slippery and muddy bc of the weather. The pool table, hot tub, ping pong table and puzzles all got plenty of use. Satellite TV allowed us some tech for the Packer game and plenty of options if folks want. Signal (ATT) was limited but WiFi was readily available. It’s about 25 mins to the nearest grocery store so it’s easier to come prepared but not a huge issue if you forget something. Will most likely come back!

Hunters lodge
This place is good likr for a hunters lodge if you need somewhere to sleep and pass time, but its not a family retreat place. The couch had stains and the beds were very uncomdortable. The main bathroom had dust all over the walls where you go to the bathroom and the lighting was low in the bathroom. The shower has poor lighting and the water runs out quick. I would attatch pictures to show this but i dont know how. Definetly not a family stay place. The downstairs looks completely built different and the stairs are kind of wierd to go up and down. The electrical plugs in the main area are low quality and stuff doesnt stay plugged into them. Its a vrbo, people pay good money to stay and you would think they would invest more to keep the place nice. The hot tub looked nice but during our stay it was too cold to go in. We never rented atv's and didnt explore the cave.
