This cozy historic bookstore has been transformed into a chic 2 bedroom space for a unique Rockport experience! Enjoy the convenience (and rare amenity in dowtown Rockport!) of 2 reserved parking spaces. Step into this pre-1900 space and you'll be greeted by an open space full of rich colors and light. The vaulted ceilings and exposed beams are the perfect backdrop to this central gathering spot. A colorful kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need for meals. Relax on the sofa and stream your favorites on the 4K smart TV.

On one end of this living space you'll find the first bedroom. More high ceilings and exposed beams along with a large king sized mattress make this feel like a spacious retreat. On the opposite end of the living area you'll step up to find the washer+dryer and full bathroom with standup shower. The bedroom on this end of the apartment has colorful accents and a convenient remote workspace.

All spaces have been professionally designed with gorgeous details and colors throughout. This is a lovely place to stay when visiting Rockport. It is easily accessed, has great parking, and is near (many of them are just walking distance away) the local shops and restaurants. The unit was spotless, the kitchen has all you need to make a meal, and the accommodations are very comfortable.
