Double Unit- EV Charger- Hot Tub
One of a kind double unit at the Village of Loon. Larger than the standard unit, this is an ideal space for families to spread out and enjoy. There are 4 formal bedrooms and a split loft with two additional sleeping areas, and 2 living rooms- one on the main level and another in the lower level. Enjoy access to the Village of Loon rec building with pools, hot tub & more. Lots to do right at the resort, but conveniently located just across the street from Loon Mountain!
Per HOA, guests cannot use grill as it is on a balcony. We have a fire table that no longer works, but there is some outdoor seating
PLEASE NOTE- unfortunately there is no ac, as our mini split needs repair and is set to be replaced
