LAKE FRONT WITH GORGEOUS VIEWS & SPACIOUS BACKYARD + LOTS OF AMENITIES

Beautiful lakefront property with gorgeous views of Lake Gaston and a spacious backyard for endless outdoor fun. Boathouse and dock set beautifully out on the point providing stunning views of the popular Jimmies Creek and a short ride to the main lake. Location is perfect for swimming, fishing, and water sports.

The property was a duplex converted to a single-family home. The upstairs however remains separated with each side boasting a primary bedroom and second bedroom connected by a jack and jill bathroom and a laundry room. Each primary bedroom has lake views with a walk out balcony.

The second living room includes a sofa bed that easily converts to a queen bed with additional sleeping for two. A room divider is available for additional privacy.

Close proximity (12mins) to grocery store, ABC store, boat/jet ski rentals, restaurants/bakery/deli/coffee short, miniature golf, winery, bowling, Captain Jack Charters, etc.

Linens, bath towels and wash cloths are provided. Please bring your own outdoor swim/dock towels.

Paper products are provided to get you started (two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and a roll of paper towels for the kitchen).

Kitchen is fully stocked with refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, cooking utensils, dishes, cutleries, glassware, and basic spices.

Boat house includes separate pilings to tie your boat (Boatlift not available for guests).

Great weekend at Lake Gaston

This was a great house for two families! We had a wonderful time, and the house was perfect. We had plenty of room, and Rachel was a great host and very responsive. We would book the house again in a minute!

Excellent property for a family vacation.

House was very clean and comfortable and had great access to enjoy lake. Owner was very accommodating quickly answering any questions we had. Plenty of room for a large family. Would recommend it highly.

Beautiful view!

We had a wonderful stay. The house worked great for us - there were 6 of us with the youngest being 18. We had a couple hiccups in the beginning but the owner was quick to take action and we couldn’t have asked for better communication. House was fully stocked with kitchen necessities and was super clean! The dock was great for hanging out and swimming. Close to the grocery store and yummy ice cream at Washburns!

Cute place, great lake access

Cute place, great for 2 families. Kitchen has everything. Exterior needs some maintenance. Dock is great place for kids to swim and enjoy the lake.

Another great stay

This is our second time staying at this property. The layout of the house is ideal for families with teenagers. Everyone had their own space and the ping pong/ pool table was a big hit. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything that we needed for our stay. The location was perfect and the views were amazing. We enjoyed swimming, jumping off the dock, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, exploring the lake in the paddleboat and making S'mores in the firepit. We'll be back!

Great house and beautiful lake

We had a great time at the house and on the lake. The dock was perfect for swimming and the house came with lots of water toys- kayaks, peddlebaord, and stand up paddle board. Cove was quiet so it was great for swimming. House was set up nicely

Calming and fun

We stayed over an extended weekend and had a fantastic time. The owner was very responsive and answered questions we had promptly. The house is spacious and the beds are comfortable. We spent most of our stay on the dock. The cove the house is in is perfect for swimming and fishing.

Great Lake vacation began with easy check-in. The house provided a very comfortable stay for 6 adults and 4 children. Plenty of sleeping options, and first floor 1/2 baths are a great convenience. Kitchen is well stocked; plenty of towels and linens.But it's all about the lake. Great location with every water toy your family might need. spent hours on the dock and in the water. Also enjoyed fishing and feeding the small fish around the dock.Thanks for a wonderful, memory-makiing family vacation

PERFECT

This location was perfect for our very outside active family. The yard provided us with some great shade during yard games and grilling; and access to the dock with the floating pad, paddle board, and kayaks made it fun for our kids and adults to enjoy! The host was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you so much! We had a great time!

Fabulous family fun!

This home was absolutely perfect for the week with our family which included my husband and I along with our three adult children (all in their twenties), one daughter-in-law and a toddler grandchild. Everyone had their own space and privacy. The yard is huge with lots of grass to run and play, the dock is lovely and we enjoyed the kayak and SUP. I also enjoyed sunrise yoga on the dock each morning. The kitchen is extremely well appointed with everything we needed to prepare and enjoy meals. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We loved the lake front location and the remote, yet easily accessible, site. This home worked out even better than we had imagined, all our children agree…we hope to stay there again in the future. Thank you to our hosts!
