It was a perfect cabin style for a family or friends! Very well done woodsy decor including some taxidermy. The A/C worked very well. The kitchen had every amenity we needed and was very clean. The bathroom was also well appointed, plenty of towels and wash cloths. The property was beautiful, too. Lovely greenery and landscaping. 20 minutes from Spring Green and attractions there.
This is such a nice property. The grounds are well kept. Our group stayed in both units. They were both very comfortable and had everything we needed. Bill is a wonderful host. The pine unit has a wonderful bird feeder right outside the kitchen window. We would all definitely stay here again. You will love it too.
Hosts were available and helpful. There was one AC window unit in a corner of the building which could not cool the three bedrooms during our hot and humid stay. Be prepared for taxidermy, especially that of a newborn fawn in glass, looking up at you with big eyes! A step up to the toilet and bathtub is problematic for guest with movement/balance issues
Highly recommend staying here! If you’re looking for a quiet retreat with some beautiful views, this is the spot. Hosts were very responsive leading up to the visit, and checked in the day we arrived to see if we needed anything. Kitchen very well stocked, very clean cabin. Two thumbs up - what a delight!
We really enjoyed our stay. Very quiet and peaceful and host Bill made sure we were settled and knew our way around soon after we arrived. We would definitely stay here again.
The stay at Bear Valley Inn was beyond my expectations! The cabin was clean, amazingly appointed, full of local items, and in a beautiful setting. The surrounding area is lovely to explore especially if you are used to living in a city.Bill and his family were so welcoming and helpful and my friend and I were able to relax in the beauty of nature!
Beautiful, spacious property, well-stocked and clean. All you need to bring is food! Easy to communicate with the host, and close to many areas of interest. Would definitely stay again!
I've stayed here before and we got exactly what we wanted out of the place. Property was beautiful and clean as well as secluded. We wanted to be away from the city while still close enough to a few golf course and this was the perfect fit. Will definitely be staying here again.
We really enjoyed the time we had at Bear Valley Outdoor Inn! It was clean, cool, and remote. We loved the property, and visiting with the dogs and chickens. They were very friendly!
My son and I stayed for two nights and loved the escape, beauty and authenticity. Bill is incredibly kind and knowledgeable of the area and I can’t wait to get back for a writing retreat!
We loved the pine wood and nature theme. The gardens were beautiful and it was fun to explore. Our time here together was the favorite part of our trip.
