NO parties or events allowed at residence. Noise must be minimal after 10pm on roof, there are many stairs in home so mind children, elderly, etc.

Absolutely no smoking allowed at property. Not on roof or patio. If evidence of smoking is discovered, guests will be charged a violation fee.
