Additional amenities include WIFI, cable TV, washer and dryer, and two reserved parking spaces (1 in the garage and 1 in front of the garage). There is also ample public/overnight parking along the green belt directly behind the home. The home includes everything you will need for an enjoyable stay including a fully equipped kitchen and premier linens for your comfort.

Sunset Beach, commonly referred to as the hidden gem of Orange County, is nestled between the beach cities of Seal Beach to the North and Huntington Beach to the South. Only a few minutes drive away in either direction keeps you close enough to enjoy what each town has to offer while also being just far enough away to avoid the crowds that are inherent to these popular beach cities. As such, the sandy beaches of Sunset Beach see a fraction of the crowds with just as much beauty and serenity. As an added bonus, the calm waters of Huntington Harbor are just a short walk away across Pacific Coast Highway where you can enjoy paddling boarding, kayaking, or even a relaxing Duffy ride while exploring the many channels of impressive yachts and waterfront estates.

Additional activities include, surfing, kite surfing, fishing, sailing, volleyball, and other beach games. Also enjoy miles of beachfront bike rides along the boardwalk that stretches from Sunset Beach to Huntington Beach through Bolsa Chica State Beach. There is even some fantastic hiking at the nearby Bolsa Chica Wetlands Ecological Reserve.

There are two bedrooms that share a full Jack and Jill bathroom. There is an additional full bathroom at the front of the house near the garage. Full kitchen, dining room, and living room with fireplace make up the great room that opens up to the large beachfront deck, private spa, sand recreation area, and direct beach access.

Downstairs bedroom #2: bunk bed with a twin up top and full below, also has a third twin size that pulls out from beneath.
