Nantucket style luxury on the sand! 4 bedroom, 3 bath, all on the first floor opens right on the boardwalk and sand. Newly constructed in 2015 with Gourmet kitchen, and Great room that opens to a giant 600+ sf patio with a built in BBQ. Bifold doors disappear to connect the patio and kitchen and give the feel of true indoor/outdoor living. One covered carport parking space. On the beach, plus only one block from the bay and the beautiful Marina Park right on the harbor. three bedrooms with king beds, and one with 4 bunks. Linens, towels, beach towels, and all kitchen cooking and serving supplies included. Wifi, cable, and TV, exterior security cameras. Conveniently located between the Newport and Balboa Piers, close proximity to many restaurants, bars, boat and bike rentals. See also VRBO#969334 for similar rental (5 bedroom) in same building.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
We hope you enjoyed your stay. Check out is by 11 am. Check out instructions are as follows: Take all personal items and trash out of the unit. All trash must be bagged and put in cans in carport.
Do not leave dishes in the sink, but you may load and start the dishwasher and make sure to return clean dishes to their proper cabinets. If you used the BBQ, make sure to brush it off well.
Strip any used beds and pile any used towels. Wash sand off beach chairs, toys & boogie boards & return to the garage. Make sure lights & a/c off and lock the door and return key to the garage drawer.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The place needed to be cleaned better. I went to charge my phone and pulled back the bed side table and behind it there was someone’s nasal spray bottle, a HUGE wad of hair, and used tissues. It was disgusting. I went to use the scissors in the kitchen and there was tons of pieces of broccoli all over it and in the kitchen drawer. The towels to use after a shower were the cheap paper thin ones and were scratchy. There was clothes under one of the other beds as well. Get new house cleaners who do their job, some new towels and bedding and ruts would’ve been a 5 star review. The location is fantastic!!

This beach house did not disappoint! Great location with a wonderful size patio. Rental mgr/owner was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend staying here! Bonus was the a/c ; as most beach rentals do not have a/c.

Great location and family house!

The houses are both beautiful! And the location is perfect for a week at Newport Beach! Close enough to walk to everything but not in the middle of the busy piers. It was amazing having ac. Loved it!
