Welcome to Halsey House…. A charming, 2 story home in the heart of Southampton Village.
Located on a quiet lane within walking distance to the village shops and restaurants and a short, sunny 5 minute bike ride to Cooper’s beach! The home exudes old world charm with an updated, sunny and bright interior …..featuring wood floors throughout, a first floor laundry, an upgraded kitchen with newer, high end appliances. With 2300 +/- sq ft of living space, this home has everything for a comfortable, relaxing stay. The exterior has been freshly painted a pretty grey !

The spacious, primary suite is located upstairs. It features vaulted ceilings, a king size bed, a large walk in closet with an ensuite spa bathroom. The second and third bedrooms are on the main floor and offer king sized beds and share an adjacent, remodeled bathroom.The fourth bedroom features a full size futon and doubles as a office.

The patio offers a grill, outside seating, 2 chaise lounges and a teak table which seats 8. It is the perfect setting for apres beach cocktails and lobster feasts as the sun sets.…
A fenced in back yard offers the perfect play area for kids.
Three bikes, beach chairs and towels are provided.
One parking spot in front of the garage and plentiful parking on the street.
Conveniently located near the LIRR and Jitney.

Southampton - perfect spot

We had a fantastic time in Southampton, the house is perfectly situated within walking distance approximately 20 minutes to the village, 40 minute walk to the best beaches (or 5 minute drive).Deirdre is a perfect host, easy check in and very responsive if you have any questions.I recommend this property it has everything you need for a perfect break.

Halsey House is a beautiful property. We have stayed at many rental properties and this was the most well equipped we have ever stayed in. Deidre was a brilliant host and if we had a question she responded immediately. We will definitely return as it was in a perfect location and perfect for us. Super clean and great size.

Lovely stay

Deirdre was a wonderful host and extremely prompt in answering any questions we had. The house is exactly what we needed for our winter stay, a close drive to the beach and town center. We would recommend the hose and we would not hesitate to stay again.

Lovely village location

This home was perfectly located for walks with the stroller into the village for a morning of breakfast and park adventures with our toddler. The owner was flexible and communicative, and the home is simply but well appointed for an easy visit Out East. We would look forward to visiting again!

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay at Halsey House. It has all the comforts of home, plus everything you need for the beach, and is just a few minutes walk from the lovely village. We also walked to the beach every day - about 2 miles. But you could also bike (provided) or drive to the beach instead and get there in minutes. We look forward to visiting again next year.

Perfect Location

We had a great week at Halsey House again this year. We spent the same week there last year and enjoyed ourselves so much we went back again this year. The house is great......has everything you need. Location is perfect....we walked down town and to the beach several times during our stay. Host is great and very helpful. Highly recommend.

Perfect stay in Southampton.

Deirdre’s Southampton house is perfectly appointed and in a wonderfully peaceful location in this vacation community. Deirdre was proactive and responsive to address the few minor issues that arose during our stay, none of which interfered with our visit or plans. We hope to come back again and bring some friends to share the beautiful accommodations. Cheers!

Wonderful stay, the house is so comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked for our visit. It was quiet and peaceful and we walked to the village everyday. The beach is so close, I would love to return. Deirdre was very responsive to my questions and was extremely gracious.

The house is absolutely lovely, clean, well stocked, and in the perfect location. Deirdre was incredibly helpful and responded quickly to any questions that we had. Perfect hideaway in het he Hamptons

What a beautiful place to spend a week. The host was always available when we had any questions. The house is in the perfect neighborhood in Southhampton. Perfect beds and everything else you need to feel at home. The weather was poor when we were there, the house more than compensated for that. Recommended highly!

Beautiful house in a great location

Halsey house is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood in Southampton, within easy 15 minute walking distance to main street. Deirdre was very forthcoming and easy to deal with. The only downside during our stay was the noise from the construction next door, but this is obviously outside of the owners control and temporary.
