Youโll be able to fine tune this space to your exact preferences while still being with the group. The casita provides direct access to outdoor dining, firepit, hammock, pool, and a side gate exit if you want to run to the beach for sunrise without waking the main house. **Guests must request use of the detached "Casita" at the time of booking. This extra space affects cleaner scheduling/cost and will incur a $50 up-charge to make ready.**

The neighborhood backs up to the intracoastal waterway and is just across A1A from the Atlantic Ocean so there is typically a lovely breeze at all hours. Nestled in a tranquil setting, the neighborhood offers a delightful blend of natural beauty, convenience, and a strong sense of community. Neighbors are friendly and look after each other.
Take leisurely walks or bike rides through the quiet streets. Bike rental is located at the entrance to the community if you didn't bring one with you! Children can often be seen playing outside and you will encounter dog walkers daily.

What makes this property unique
Palmera just FEELS like you are on vacation. The pool is in the front yard (although still totally private) so you are experiencing resort-style amenities before you even open the front door. The floorplan is amazing for groups too. The 2 King bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house and there are 2 living rooms that flank the chef's kitchen so there is tons of opportunity for hanging out together while doing different things and not feeling crowded.
