This double A- Frame chalet with its spacious decks is located near Big Meadow Golf course and is on a quiet cul-de-sac in the lovely pines, just a few minutes from Paulina Pool, Lakeside Facilities, tennis courts, Big Meadow clubhouse, the playground and the sports field.

On the main floor is an open kitchen/dining/living room with river rock fireplace and spacious decks on two sides of the house. Also on this floor are a bedroom with king, and a bath w/ shower. The living room has comfortable leather seating, flat Screen TV and WiFi. House has heat pump air conditioning.

On the second floor are four bedrooms. Two east wing rooms share a "Jack and Jill" bathroom. One room has a double bed and one has two twin beds.
In the west wing two queen rooms and a full bath with shower/tub/double vanity.

Enjoy outdoor dinning with friends and family while watching children play together. Off the deck there is an open space for lasso golf, bocce ball or horse shoes and there is a ping pong table in the garage.

We are in an outstanding location with current decor and well-appointed smoke-free environment. This popular sunny home is located on a forested half acre, quiet cul-de-sac with access to the bike path and golf course. Gateway to miles through the great outdoors at Black Butte Ranch, Quaking Aspen, Ponderosa Pines and snow-capped mountains. It is the perfect home for a large family or families with plenty of privacy and space.

Black Butte Ranch was developed in the 1970's and provides a safe a secure area for your family to venture out on their own. We are a gated community and have multiple golf courses, four large pools, nineteen tennis courts and miles of bike paths. It is a working ranch with cattle and horses. Horseback riding is available either individual or by group. Tennis courts are located throughout the ranch in multiple locations. Bike, tennis, golf and ski rentals are available.

We have a beautiful lodge that looks out on a lake and multiple mountains. Fine dining is available at the lodge, pool side dining, and a grill at the Pro shop. We also have canoes and kayak available for rental. We are located 20 minutes from Hoodoo ski resort and 30 minutes from Bend and Mount Bachelor is located close by.

Bicycles: There are 5 bicycles of varying sizes in the garage. Feel free to use at your own risk. The bicycles are not proactively maintained. Helmets are required on the ranch and not provided. High quality bicycle rentals are available at Glaze Meadow Rec Center: 541-595-5877.

Our family of 10 (2 grandparents. 2 children and their spouses and 4 grandchildren) had a fabulous stay at BBR. Our house was well located within the ranch with roads and bicycle and walking paths providing access to many of the amenities. The house was well stocked to get us through the week. Since the weather was so gorgeous our gathering spot tended to be on the large deck that wrapped around. BBR is animal place for family fun with an emphasis on great outdoor activities.

A perfect home away from home

Your home was perfect for ourselves, 2 daughters and spouses and 3 teenage grandsons. The house and decor are beautiful, well maintained and stocked with everything we could possibly need! We especially enjoyed the ping pong table and the large deck outdoors. Thank you for a wonderful visit and we hope to return again!

Summer family vacation

Great house with lots of space for two families. The spiral staircase going upstairs is somewhat precarious. We were happy with the house! I contacted the owner and he responded immediately.

Holiday weekend fun!

We had a wonderful stay over the holiday weekend. The proximity to Lakeside - walking or biking was great. The new washer and dryer were fantastic as we like to wash clothes and swimsuits through out our trip, especially with kids in tow. I will say the house needs more pool towels. There were only 5, maybe 6? And the home says it sleeps 10. And it would be nice to have a key code for the home. With just one key and no access to the garage code we did have to do some coordinating about making sure whoever was coming back to the house first had the key. Over all it was a great stay!

Great host communication!

This was part of our annual trip to go scuba dive in Clear Lake. Black Butte Ranch is perfectly located between Clear Lake and Sisters. The one thing they don’t explain about BBR is that it costs an additional $9/person/day. Even if you don’t use the facilities. I wish this could be reflected in the total cost when comparing properties. This house was great and Adam the host was responsive to questions. This house is located centrally in BBR in a quiet area. The house itself like most in BBR is older but very nicely equipped. It has a large deck and bicycles which we took advantage of with the nice weather. Great space and would stay here again.

This home was beyond our expectations. The outdoor area had so many chairs and games. The inside was spotless and filled with supplies that we could use. The beds are all comfortable and the owner was very kind Answering all of my questions prior to our arrival. I would definitely rent this again in the future and my family would also. Fantastic Home and Well Furnished! Five stars.

Great property, well maintained and furnished. Exceeded my expectations and then some. We brought our own food and glad we did as the closest grocery store charges sky high prices in nearby Sisters. The property is not walking distance to swimming pools but we rode bikes and drove. The hosts provide a well equipped kitchen, library, a second fridge and many other extras who might find helpful.

Wonderful getaway!

Great Place for A Family Gathering

We enjoyed several fun days with our kids and grandkids at this lovely, large house close to Paulina Pool. Its five bedrooms and three full bathrooms, individually controlled air conditioning in the various rooms , lots of food storage space (two refrigerators), a very large deck space with lots of seating, and a barbecue provided comfort and space for all ten of us.
