Private regulation Pickleball court, large saltwater pool, 8 person hot tub, large covered patio and gorgeous lake view. Large fire pit and an array of outdoor activities, such as cornhole!
Designer kitchen, luxury master bath with sauna, steam shower and an inviting soaker tub. Shuffle board, large TVs in all bedrooms, hi-speed wifi mesh, Netflix, Amazon, Disney plus, switch with multiple controllers. Every bedroom has access to their own bathroom. 5th bathroom (pool bath)is conveniently located with access to the outside.
Full nursery off of Master, with crib, monitor, changing table and rocker.
Super cool hanging tent bed in fun room off of bedroom #3.
Lots of onsite parking.

Beautiful house with lots of amenities

Great house! The house is big and is decorated very nicely, feels new. The outdoor space with the hot tub and pickleball court is very nice too. Host was super responsive and helpful. We had a great visit, thanks again!

Far exceeded expectations

The description of the property the hosts penned does not compare to what this property offers. Our family came to visit the city and enjoy family, but after arrival, we did not want to leave. Every amenity yiu could think of was available for us. The host was so accommodating and made this trip what is was for our family. Look no further if you need a property in this area, you won’t be disappointed.

Fun-filled Family Time

We thoroughly enjoyed a long holiday weekend with family and friends at this exceptional property. Mornings began with coffee on the patio watching the bluebirds. Daytime outings to the city were a breeze. Afternoon basketball in the pool was a blast for the young men in the group. Pickleball, corn hole and even axe throwing were enjoyed by all into the evening. The proximity to grocers and One and Only BBQ (the best!) made meals easy.The tastefully decorated and spotless house had everything you could need and more (sound machines in the bedrooms-brilliant!). There was a ton of space to be together while our students were able to find quiet spots for study. Overall, one of the best rentals we have found to date. We are so grateful to the hosts for their thoughtfulness and attention to detail. We hope to return.

Why they chose this property

This property is uniquely located near Collierville and Germantown where short-term rentals are not allowed. The cove is quite and you are close to everything... and don't forget Shelby Farms Park which is AWESOME!

What makes this property unique

The list of things that make this property stand out is long! Starting with almost an acre in a cove with a view of a neighboring lake. This property has something for everyone. Huge covered patio with seating and table and chairs, 40 foot by 20 foot saltwater pool, regulation Pickleball court with official surface and shaded viewing area for 10+, huge 8-person elevated hot tub with accent lighting, cornhole, plastic axe throwing, fire pit with Adirondack chairs... and that is just outside.

The inside of the home will blow you away! It has 5 bedroom and 5 full baths, a bunk room with 6 twin beds and 4 75-inch TVs and a wet bar, a nursery off the master, a treehouse room upstairs, a media room, the coolest kitchen ever, a master bath with a steam shower, sauna and giant soaking tub. There is just too much to mention. It's amazing!
