Walking distance to Hudson Beach. 9 minute drive to Sunwest Park - one the nicest beaches around. Close to all types of restaurants. Nightly music from across waterway can be heard on deck. Best ice cream parlor only a few blocks away. 1 hour from Clearwater Beach, 45 minutes from Tampa and 45 minutes to Honeymoon Island State Park.

Living room has brand new 50" smart tv. Master bedroom has brand new 42" smart tv. New washer/dryer. Beautiful screened in Florida room with dining table and chairs. Lovely professional landscaping
