With the distinguished traveler in mind, this studio suite offers the clean uncluttered lines of modern design in an efficient and highly functional live/work environment. Sweeping views of the Arkansas River and Riverside Park's cottonwood trees dancing lightly on the breeze provide vital, if not hypnotic, contrast. Salida was formerly known as South Arkansas until Governor Hunt passed through in 1880 on his way back from a trip to Mexico and suggested the name. *This condo is located in the heart of downtown Salida. There are working restaurants and bars in the area. Be prepared for a truly urban experience.

All Pinon homes are "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchenette, towels and linens. Hand, dish and shower soaps are provided, as well as toilet paper, trash bags, salt and pepper and coffee filters. Bring your own laundry detergent and toiletries.

Pinon Vacation Rentals provides guest support from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 pm.

All guests are responsible for reading Welcome Book “Check-In and Check-Out instructions.

~Acceptance of the terms of the Rental Agreement and all Rental Policies is ASSUMED at the time of reservation. Five to 7 days before arrival, check-in instructions will be sent to guest.

**This suite is rented for personal vacation use only. Any other use including large gatherings or parties is not allowed. Renters must abide by all rental terms and policies, as well as all local applicable property covenants, restrictions, regulations and laws. Any evidence of smoking, use of firearms, unapproved pets, unauthorized use of property grounds, damage resulting from violation of rental policies, and/or excessive mess may result in charges up to $1000.00 to the Guest's credit card on file, as authorized by Guest's approval of the terms of the Rental Agreement.

Reservations may be canceled more than 30 days prior to check-in with full refund minus a $125 Cancellation fee or a $75 Change fee if applicable. No refunds will be issued after this cut-off date for any reason. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.**

Fun getaway in downtown Salida!

We loved staying at this condo in the Palace Hotel. It's super comfortable, has a nice kitchen area, and the bathroom is recently remodeled. The location is perfect for Salida adventures! The one downside is there is no assigned parking, but we didn't have an issue finding parking nearby in Feb.

Great Location in Downtown Salida!

This was a great location for our anniversary date with views of Riverside Park and the Arkansas River. We walked to a great restaurant and then to the Victoria for some live music and dancing. We will be back!

Perfect location!

We loved every minute of our stay! The view from our third story window over the park included the babbling river! Love being in the heart of downtown… Walking distance to shops, restaurants, coffee, shops, etc. Everything was great! We had no issues and would love to return.

Quick trip to Salida

My spouse and I found this property for a last minute 3-day weekend. The location was perfect, we could walk everywhere we wanted. The room was clean and quiet and had everything we needed. Lots of windows with a corner view of the park next to the river. We’ll definitely look for this for our next trip.

GREAT LOCATION!!

We really loved the room and the location. The only suggestion I would make is to have some additional condiments, basics. Generally, when we use a VRBO there are more of the basics available. Additional coffee, creamer, etc.
