Recently renovated condo in Colorado's historic Palace Hotel, established in 1909, known as the "Foshay Hearts of Salida Suite". Enjoy incredible views of S-Mountain and the Arkansas river in a prime location downtown Salida right on "F" Street. Enjoy breweries, restaurants, and shopping just footsteps away. Within walking distance to hiking, biking, rafting and fly-fishing! Monarch ski resort is a short 30 min drive. Ideal for anyone wanting to come to Salida for their next adventure! *This condo is located in the heart of downtown Salida. There are working restaurants and bars in the area. Be prepared for a truly urban experience.

All Pinon homes are "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchenette, towels and linens. Hand, dish and shower soaps are provided, as well as toilet paper, trash bags, salt and pepper and coffee filters. Bring your own laundry detergent and toiletries.

Pinon Vacation Rentals provides guest support from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 pm.

All guests are responsible for reading Welcome Book “Check-In and Check-Out instructions.

~Acceptance of the terms of the Rental Agreement and all Rental Policies is ASSUMED at the time of reservation. Five to 7 days before arrival, check-in instructions will be sent to guest.

Renters must abide by all rental terms and policies, as well as all local applicable property covenants, restrictions, regulations and laws. Any evidence of smoking, use of firearms, unapproved pets, unauthorized use of property grounds, damage resulting from violation of rental policies, and/or excessive mess may result in charges up to $1000.00 to the Guest's credit card on file, as authorized by Guest's approval of the terms of the Rental Agreement.

Reservations may be canceled more than 30 days prior to check-in with full refund minus a $125 Cancellation fee or a $75 Change fee if applicable. No refunds will be issued after this cut-off date for any reason. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.**

Terrific location. This historic hotel is beautiful and the quarters were very nice and comfortable. However, there is no elevator and my room was on the third floor. I’m a fit 63 year old but I must admit I grew weary of going up 47 steps. Especially after a day of skiing.

Wonderful place

This room is fantastic in a wonderful location. Kitchen is functional and rooms are quiet.Parking needs a bit of thinking but isn't a major concern.

Great location!

Could not be in a better location in Salida. Room was comfy, clean, and quiet. Would be nice if there were dedicated parking spaces but that doesn’t seem to exist close by. Was concerned at first but got comfortable with street and public parking quickly.

Best view in Salida!

This place looked like it had recently been remodeled and had some incredible views of S-Mountain and the river. It was in easy walking distance to all the best restaurants in downtown Salida. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, spices, and Keurig coffees. We had a great time staying there while going to Ski Monarch each day we were there.

Three small suggestions on an excellent rating: add a large shelf system in the bathroom to provide room for two person’s toiletries, extra towels. The towel rack over the toilet can then be used for wet towels. Also add a second luggage rack. Also put LED bulbs in the closet for improved visibility.
