Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
1. Remove all trash and recyclables from the house. Bags are located under the kitchen sink. Garbage containers are located inside the garage.
2. Dishes should be washed and put away.
3. Used Towels should be left in the bathroom and linens can be left on beds. Those will be cleaned after your departure. Do not place anything wet on bed or hardwood floor.
4. Everything should be in the same position where you found it.
5. Leave Beach badges, (summer only)
6. Turn off stove, grill and all appliances off.
7. Close all windows, sliding and main doors.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
