Get the full Adams County experience by staying at The Orchard View House! Nestled on an apple orchard hillside, you'll enjoy stunning views and complete privacy in our 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath newly remodeled home.
If you're looking for a relaxing retreat, we've got you covered. The backyard features a fire pit complete with Adirondack chairs. Fire up the propane grill and enjoy dining outdoors on the covered patio while listening to the babble of the built in water feature. During the cooler months, cozy up to the indoor electric fireplace featuring a built-in smart TV.
The Primary bedroom features a wall-mounted smart TV, King-sized bed, and en suite bathroom with a very large, tiled shower and double-sink vanity. Queen-sized beds can be found in two additional bedrooms, with the fourth bedroom featuring two twin-sized beds. The front parlor features games, books, a desk for those who want to squeeze in some work, and a sleeper sofa that can be used for an additional two guests.
Located just 20 minutes from Gettysburg, 10 minutes from Pine Grove Furnace (Appalachian Trail), 30 minutes from Carlisle, and close to several ski resorts, wineries and breweries, The Orchard View House is a great way to enjoy the peacefulness of country life while having access to a multitude of activities.
Any events with over 10 guests will require pre-approval and may be subject to an extra fee. Please contact the host directly before booking. **Please note: pets are prohibited on the property, no exceptions. We love animals, but please make other arrangements for your furry friends.**

Emily and Paul have been married for three years and have a Labradoodle named Shirley. Emily works as a Physical Therapist Assistant and Paul is a contractor and fruit grower. Paul and his crew completed all of the remodel work (aside from electrical and plumbing) on the property--a true labor of love! :)
