Was not able to stay - listing on Vrbo was not accurate

I can’t comment on any of the above aspects of the property - I wasn’t able to stay given miscommunication/misrepresentation by Vrbo website. William was also frustrated with the way his property was listed on Vrbo, and was quick to respond, and helpful in refunding the money he could. I would work with William again - hope Vrbo gets their site working better.
