Enjoy classic Vermont mountain living in this inviting two-bedroom, two-bath condo offering true ski-in/ski-out convenience just steps (approximately 50 yards) from the trail. Perfect for families or small groups, this cozy retreat combines comfort, convenience, and stunning alpine surroundings.
Guests enjoy access to the Sunrise Sports Center, which features an indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, and an outdoor hot tub open for the winter season — an ideal way to relax after a day on the slopes.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, microwave, toaster oven, and coffee maker, making it easy to prepare meals at home. The dining area comfortably seats six, perfect for shared meals or evening gatherings. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the condo.
The spacious living room features a wood-burning fireplace and a 40” flat-screen TV, creating a warm and welcoming space for après-ski relaxation. Sliding glass doors lead to a private deck with beautiful mountain views, perfect for enjoying the fresh mountain air. A queen sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space if needed.
The primary bedroom offers a queen bed and a 19” TV, while the second bedroom features double bunk beds — ideal for kids or extra guests — along with a 12” TV. An entryway mudroom provides convenient storage for ski gear and winter essentials, making it easy to gear up for your next adventure.

Disappointed, great ski in ski out location!!

I must say it was a disappointing experience. Firstly, the inconvenience of having to pick up and drop off keys off-site was a major hassle. Additionally, the amenities were subpar; the tub/shower in the master bath wouldn’t drain properly, the toilet had flushing issues, and the heat in the master bedroom was non-functional, leaving it uncomfortably cold. The spare bedroom’s bathroom door wouldn’t lock properly. The bedding in the master bedroom was unwashed and emitted a foul odor. The washing machine seemed ancient and was hardly effective due to its small size and outdated technology. The kitchenware was also outdated and made cooking a challenge. On the bright side, the location was convenient for ski-in and ski-out access when there’s snow, and the availability of free firewood was a nice touch. However, considering the overall poor condition of the property, I won’t be booking here again.

All we needed

Property was perfectly located, had all amenities needed. Fireplace was awesome. Beds were comfy. We spent most of our time outside and it was amazing. We will be back. Could use an ice maker.

Sunrise Ski week

Stayed at East Glade. Unit was as described. Only a few steps from the trail down to sunrise lift. We went during the week and it was great. No issues with the unit. We enjoyed having a fire and playing games. Unit has cable and internet. Ski theme throughout the inside which is nice. I would stay here again.

Not as advertised.

The unit is advertised as ski in, ski out but that is weather dependent. The lift servicing this area was closed. I understand you can’t control the weather but I feel some consideration should be given. The price is set for ski in. I could of rented for less with a shorter drive somewhere else.

Good location - dated and not well equiped property

The really only good thing about this place is the location. Property is dated. But the location is ideal. Biggest downside was needing an actual key. After a 4 hour drive to get there had to drive another 15 minutes past the property to Killington Mt. Road to get the keys. Other management companies I have used this season with the similar location properties all had key pad entry and emailed me the code the morning of the stay. The extra 30 minutes of commute (to/from the management company) was not enjoyable. Also, if you want to make pasta good luck. Bring a large pot. The largest pot in the kitchen was maybe a 2qt pot. Not ideal for making pasta. Also, when we went to make a fire the fire grate in the fireplace was completely melted. It was of absolutely no use. I called the property manager about getting a replacement one and they told me the owner would need to approve. Needless to say we never got a new fireplace grate to make a nice fire after skiing. Overall great skiing experience but poor accommodations.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Luckily the unit was clean and linens were decent. The unit was outdated in almost every aspect. The kitchen appliances were laughable - the coffee maker must have been 20 years old. Bathrooms and carpet all very old. The beds in the second bedroom were not level at al and slopes toward your feet. Lighting in the unit was poor, the front door had a terrible breeze when locked. Upon checkin, the hot water didn't work either. lastly, the closet in the master bedroom was locked preventing us from using it for our ski clothes - as the drawers were small and they kept extra linens in there. It looked as if the owners hadn't been there in decades. Don't understand why owners don't choose to keep rental condos somewhat updated.

great location and shabby unit

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Sunrise location is our favorite and we've been staying in these condo's for years. The quality has been consistently good to excellent. This unit had many problems. The weekend was exceptionally cold, however the windows in the master bedroom did not close properly and were not insulated. There were space heaters provided in the unit, indicating an awareness of the problem. Every time we tried to use more than one a fuze would be tripped power would go off. Many of the outlets didn't work. The fireplace screen had no pulling mechanism and was bent and disconnected from the hanger rail on one side making it painful to close. The Broiler drawer on the oven was off track and slid around in its unit. The master bath tub had a very slow drain causing each shower to result in 4 inches of standing water and an eventual soap scum mess. The bedside lamp shades had no finials so the shades would fall off at a touch. There was no dish soap or dishwashing detergent in the unit. We had to purchase it. Hey, you asked!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this rental property is superb. The condo description itself felt misleading. The location "sleeps 6" but does not have the storage space nor adequate kitchen/living space for 6. The owners keep too much furniture in the condo. The appliances all need updating and the kitchenware is not suitable for cooking healthy. The heat and hot water was lost during the stay; the quick response to the emergency was superb and highly satisfactory. However overall, I would not recommend this property nor stay at this location again.

Meh...

The management company was very accommodating, late arrival, late check out which was nice. The location is great, right above the sunrise chair lift, easy to ski to. The condo, dated and worn out, and quite chilly....even with the space heaters provided. For the price, there are much nicer condos in the complex.
