Boater's Paradise--Waterfront Townhome, 2 Master Suites, Private Boat Slip

Dock your boat steps from the back porch of this beautifully furnished home, and enjoy fishing and watching the sunset from the PRIVATE PIER. After a day at the beach or local sightseeing, retire comfortably to one of the TWO MASTER SUITES on the second floor. Each suite is complete with a luxurious bath, French doors to the private screened balcony, and waterfront views. On the first floor, a third cozy bedroom and the FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The spacious living room and dining room open to the back porch and capitalize on the view of the back lawn, the pier, and the water.

Located on Marina Road, the home is minutes from Cotton Bayou and the Gulf. PUBLIC BEACH ACCESS and the public boat launch are just down the road. GREAT RESTAURANTS are within walking distance and a variety of SHOPPING, including the Tanger Outlets are a 30 minute drive or less. Fishing and boating excursions, FAMILY ACTIVITIES, and live music are all in the immediate vicinity.

This townhouse is located in a prime area, it is great for walking and sitting outside enjoying the sunny days. Convenient to grocery stores and other amenities. Tastefully decorated on both floors. Will stay there again.

Was there 5 days fished 4 days You can walk right out back door step on boat 30 yards away. Kitchen was great and place super clean BBQ grill there Water hose and power on pier. Will be back soon

Our Gulf Vacation

This winter was no exception in that our stay in Heron Pointe was outstanding. The renovated townhouse was above beautiful. Very nice neighbors too. Fun to watch the Tacky Jack Osprey as well as Oscar the Blue Heron and to walk to Boggy Point with our Boston Terrier Bogey. Looking forward to our next stay.

Wonderful time at Heron Point

The condo was newly and nicely renovated, new floors and cabinets, etc. and we had a wonderful time. It is conveniently situated near stores and attractions, gets a great "Gulf Breeze" every day, has a very nice dock for the boat, and friendly neighbors next doors. I also want to thank Candy, the rental agent , for being so responsive to our needs and questions on the visit, she is even better than candy. All in all, another great summer month at Heron Point, we are missing it already.

A town house with a personality

Our stay there this winter was exceptional. Lots of activity on the waterway and our favorite blue heron which we named Oscar visited regularly. The facility has ample space and the back porch provided warm sunshine and a great place to sit and read, or have a glass of wine with good friends.The neighbors are friendly and it is away from the main traffic on Period Beach Blvd. Several trips to the beach provided barefoot walks in the white sand. I cannot say enough good things about it. Boggy Pointe was one of them.
