Welcome to Greenwood Cottage! This spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath home is equipped to serve up to 6 guests and is perfect for family vacations, a couple's retreat or friend's trip to Chattanooga! Two of our favorite features of Greenwood Cottage is the hot tub and it's location with it's close proximity to Downtown Chattanooga! It is 1 mile away from the new Oddstory Brewing and 1.5 miles from a long list of our favorite restaurants on Main Street and 3 miles from Downtown.

Great stay!

We loved this property! The house itself is decorated in such a cute way, the porch furniture and the hot tub were also great amenities. The property was clean and as advertised. The location was good, you can tell it’s a historic neighborhood in the process of being revitalized. You will need to drive to downtown and other fun things, but we had a good stay and would stay here again!

Great Property

A wonderfully renovated and maintained home in a fun, but quiet neighborhood. We had a great time hosting Thanksgiving dinner in this house. Highly recommend.

Love this cottage!

This is our second time staying here and we love it! Always clean and well kept. The only things we wish they would have is towel hooks in the king size bedroom and a TV in that room as well. Other than that it is our favorite place to stay!

Lovely Place

Booked this property as a get away for a few days. Great property with great amenities! Parking was not an issue. It is in Chattanooga but not right downtown, so there is still some peace to the property. Lovely front and back porch to relax on. Great communication with property owner. Overall a great property!

Perfect house for a family vacation!

This house was perfect for our trip and just as pictured in the listing. Both bedrooms having en-suite bathrooms was a bonus. The house was impeccably clean and even still had a Christmas tree up from the holiday. It felt so homey and was less than ten minutes from literally anywhere you want to visit. We highly recommend this location. Quiet street. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub every night we were there. You will not be disappointed at all.

Family getaway

Well kept. Seamless check in. Process just as described. Great place for short getaway with husband and two grown daughters. One dtr an alum of UTC, so it was nice to come back and see the changes in 6 years. The street was quiet as described; the neighborhood is “getting there”. No hesitation in staying there again.

Clean Stay

We were concerned at first that the property owner would be overbearing, especially with the use of the hot tub and the specifics with using the towels. Everything. Turned out ok. The microwave didn’t work, which the owner mentioned would be replaced. The ice in the refrigerator also didn’t work which was disappointing. The location of the property is not in the worst area of town, but it seems like that is just what Chattanooga is like now.

Cute Cottage

Overall we had a great stay at the cottage. It was the perfect size for us. Pros: -small house for a crawling baby -backyard was a great size and the deck is really nice. -we had an issue with the WiFi. We called and left a message and the property manager called us right back. She was quick and helped us connect. -house was clean and the Christmas decorations were nice. -not far from the tourist attractions Cons: -location: The area is more up and coming than established. The street the house is on is nice but the surrounding area had rundown homes. Target and Walmart are 20 minutes away. Not much to eat around the home. -location said they had a high chair but we could not find it. I did not call and ask where it was since we have a portable one. But it would have been nice to not have to sit on the floor to feed my son.
