Beachfront Villa - In Front Of The Best Surf Sport

Our house is a very comfortable beachfront house, with 6 big bedrooms, 7 full bathrooms, kitchen, a big living room and a bar area!

The Villa is in the nicest white sand beach of Santa Teresa known as “La Lora” and the best surf spot in town! If you are not a good surfer and you just want to relax, you can walk 2min North or South and you will arrive to some nice and quiet naturals pools!

Family vacation

I don’t think you could find a much better location and the home was perfect for our group of eight people. The Villa managers helped us plan activities and transportation, and they were extremely responsive and kind. There’s many restaurants within walking distance and the beach is directly in front of the villa. Thank you so much for an amazing trip!

Perfect for family gathering

Brought our adult children and grandchildren for a little vacation so there were 12 of us. This luxury home is located on a large property with direct access to the beautiful beach. It has a fully equipped kitchen and all bedrooms have ensuites with the exception of two bedrooms which share a separate bathroom. The housekeeper and her helpers were friendly and efficient. The groundskeeper was also very friendly. Our host and his team were always available if we needed anything. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Beach Front

We had a great stay with our family. Lucia (property manager) was very responsive and the daily housekeeping service was so wonderful! The house is located close enough to walk to restaurants but not in the busy part of town. Added bonus since we were there last is now there are lifeguards at beach - made me feel better given we had 4 teenagers in the water with lots of rip currents. Just a note, the beds are quite firm but manageable. Property is very conducive for large groups and creates a nice space for relaxation. For fish lovers - drive to the end of the road in Malpais - look for men next to coolers and you can get amazing fresh caught Snapper and Ahi for really inexpensive - only cheap thing in the region. Lol.

Absolutely Wonderful

This house could not have been designed better for large families or groups visiting ST. From the start Lucia was communicative, friendly and super helpful. The house was clean and provided all the comforts any guest could want. The beds were amazing and firm which is super important to me and my hubby. There are softer ones also for those who need it. Each room except for two has in suite bathrooms. Everything worked in the rooms and each have an amazing AC unit. The great room is perfect for larger families and those with kids. Love the back yard and short walk to the beach as this was especially convenient to us as a surf and ocean family. The kids were able to go out to the beach and walk to the house themselves and we especially loved all the beach towels and the outside shower. My boys only showed there!! :pThe patio furniture was awesome and shaded and it was so nice to see the house cleaned for us daily - such a treat we did not expect! There are two refrigerators which is SOoooo nice when you have a big group. The kitchen has all the items you need to cook and make something simple. Lucia was super helpful when we ran into an issue (only once) - she was super communicative and helpful which meant a lot to us! The house is perfectly located and we could walk to places to eat and even the grocery store (a small walk should you want that option). There was a large space for our surf boards inside which was very nice. We will definitely stay here again!! Try them out!!!
