Great location

We stayed here for parents weekend and it’s close enough to walk to campus and also close enough to walk to some stores. The place is small, but just perfect for four people.

This place was filthy! The washer smells like mildew, the toilet were absolutely disgusting. There were very little kitchen supplies. 1 pan 1 pot some silverware. No hand towels no dish towels, no wash clothes. If there there now and white it's bc I bought them. The make it seam like you are in the beautiful big 2 story house, then you get there and realize you're in a converted garage. For the money it's not worth it unless you are some nasty people. The fence out back has a huge wasp nest so you are constantly dodging bees. There are spiders everywhere inside and out. I asked for a BBQ and we got one, it was so filthy we couldn't even use it. I would recommend staying somewhere else.

"Zen Den" is a very accurate description! Nestled in a clean and quiet neighborhood, it was really nice to come back to a peaceful place after a hectic day at the conference. Everything was clean and tidy, with plenty of space for myself and my colleague to catch up on emails. The location worked very well for us, only about a 12 min Uber from the San Jose Convention Center. There is a bar, restaurant and liquor/convenience store an easy 2 blocks away. Overall great spot - I will be looking to book this place any time I'm in San Jose for a conference!

nice spot but not the cleanest

cute little place, loved the neighborhood, but sheets and places wasn't very clean. For paying an expensive “cleaning fee” the property didn't have at least a clean bathroom nor clean sheets. The shower was gross and i had to clean it myself along with the bathroom sinks. Besides, the cleaning part- everyone one on the property was nice and welcoming.
