Our home is 2,840 sq ft with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths.

The living room is warm, inviting, and unforgettable. Luxurious furnishings invite you to relax with family and friends after a day of fishing, beachcombing, or exploring the Southern Oregon Coast. Tastefully framed by two walls of ocean views, the sitting arena offers conversational space as well as tv watching with your own content. ( TVs are smart ). The Family Room:

The family room combines simplicity and easy communication at the same time! It is great for family sports viewing and just as great for talking or playing games. If you want to talk or hangout, this room awaits your presence.

The Main Bedroom: The Seahorse Room provides an oversized king-sized bed that you won’t want to leave. All the aches caused by your day adventures will melt away in this room. It is large, warm, and inviting. Whether you want a fan or a heater, your needs will be met.

Bedroom Two: The Turtle Room Front Hallway: Oceanview

The Turtle Room is located at the front hallway with an ocean view that asks for you to not close the blinds! It has a king-sized bed fit for royalty and designed for comfort. It also has ample Chest of drawers for unpacking. Illuminating canned lights, a mirrored closet, inviting nightstand, and enjoyable comfortable ambience. The large picture window capturing the ocean view is a postcard waiting to take place. For those needing a tv, you won’t be disappointed.

Bedroom Three: The Double Bedroom

The Double Bedroom has two twin beds for those choosing to stay together but not in the same bed. Whispering is allowed. Ample furniture for placing clothes and other special things you will need. This area is outstanding for parents wanting to provide almost independent staycation for youngsters!

Bedroom Four: Family Room Delight:

Located just to the right of the family room, this separate space provides some needed separation from the rest of the members. It is a large king-sized bed, large closet, sleeping room with a just sized tv if needed. This room provides a quiet, dark, silent space for resting.

Main Bath is large and functional. It combines a large shower and two vanity areas for personal pampering. It is easily accessible for those of us experiencing our mature life, and convenient for those less travelled. If you are tired or just want to sit and relax this shower accommodates those desires.

Fishing Station: There is a cleaning station outside of the garage. All equipment and supplies needed for you to take home your ocean delights! There is even an extra freezer for keeping your fish away from any other frozen items.

Then there are the views.

Guest Access:

Guests may park in front of left garage at the bottom of the driveway. There is parking for 2 vehicles. You are in the downstairs unit.

Internet/Cell Phone Coverage/Utilities WiFi is usually reliable, but may be impacted by coastal weather. Most cell providers have strong reception, but occasional service interruptions can occur due to the remote location.
