The outdoor living space is a delight day or night. Sip cold drinks on the front porch. Relax at night in the soothing water of the hot tub. Put your boat in at the ramp and enjoy the lake and mountain views from the waters of Douglas Lake. Play a game of corn hole in the back yard. And at the end of the day, gather ‘round the fire pit for s’mores.
Important note about Douglas Lake: the water level is raised and lowered each April and September by the TVA at the Douglas Dam. The actual dates will vary but you can typically count on the water being at full pool sometime in April and early September. The boat ramp is on the main channel but will still be impacted when the water level is lower. If you plan to bring a boat, it's best to do so May-August so you can be assured of the highest water levels in the lake. But you can still put in your boat any time of year at the boat ramp. You'll just need to go out a little further to reach the water.
