This 3-bedroom Shipyard charmer offers the perfect indoor living space with an outdoor entertainment area you will truly want to spend your mornings and evenings. This completely renovated ranch-style home is ideal for your friends and/or family getaway, complete with two king bedrooms and a third bedroom that joins a queen with a bunk living space.
Watch some golf during your morning coffee or enjoy grilling and evening delights under the stars. The hot tub is just off the brick patio, just a few short steps from the screened porch, which features a day bed swing.

Please note that guests are responsible for purchasing any replacement wristbands if original wristbands are lost or misplaced during their stay.

• * A total of 4 adult unisex bikes are included in your amenity fee when booking. Not included with rentals over 21 nights.
• The Fireplace is not for guests' use.
• The Vacation Company's Guest Connect will contain all your check-in information (lock codes, Wi-Fi codes, and other information pertinent to your stay).
