The pool was warm. The salt water cove was cool and great. Relaxing areas looking over the ocean. The condo itself is roomy and clean. Parking is at your door. The gated entrance makes it secure. Everyone is very friendly. We appreciated how well stocked the condo is, including grill tools .
The unit was great with everything needed. The lagoon should be featured more. It was awesome with resident coral fish. We didn't even bother with the pools. The lagoon stole the show
welcoming host, great location, nice balcony (only 1 of 2 were usable), clear and simple instructions. privacy screens on windows didnt work, bed situation was not a double bed, but a day bed with trundle. couch bed was dirty. cookware was very bent and couldnt heat food evenly.
We very much enjoyed our stay in this condo in Key Largo. The location was close to restaurants and activities and the property had plenty to do right there with the pools, playgrounds and lagoon. Hosts were prompt to answer any questions and having two living areas was great with teens would like a little space at times. Highly recommend!
Our stay was great the community has everything you need for a fun summer day. The having 3 pools was great and the salt water lagoon was so nice and refreshing. We have a great time.
The property is beautiful and the location was perfect. We drive our motorcycle into Key West and this was exactly what we were looking for. The owner is very prompt. Highly recommend!
We had a wonderful vacation at the L2 property. We enjoyed the pool and taking walks around the pond and to the Jetty. The location was super. We had easy access to parks, restaurants and stores. We all had a great time and look forward to returning in the future.
We were super happy with our stay in this home. The host was super helpful and attended to all our needs. We would recommend this place to all our friends and family!
The unit is in need of several updates and repairs but is clean. We enjoyed the resort so much! There was so many things for the kids to do that kept them busy all day. We will definitely come back to visit again. The manager of the property was super friendly and very helpful!
We enjoyed the townhouse screened in porch with views of the lagoon. The kids loved swimming in the lagoon and snorkeling. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed.
House was a great size with convenient parking. Lots of sleeping spaces and bathrooms. Decor was very nice and beds were comfy. Would appreciate more towels and washcloths for everyone.
Great place. Great balconies, nice living space and nice amenities. Only odd thing was the steps. They weren’t all the same size height or length. But once you get used to that the rest was great. Close to so many things & everyone enjoyed themselves.
It was very clean in a great location. We had some housekeeping issues that the owner promptly addressed. We'd definitely come back again.

We enjoyed the property, would stay there again in another unit. Our unit was very dated and had multiple issues. Of the three bathrooms only one worked properly, one had a stripped out hot water valve, the other bathtub would not drain. The property manager did get a repair man to address those problems. There were 4 patios but only two were usable. The ground floor bedroom is extremely small. The twin bed room on the top floor has no place to put clothes and a twin bed mattress took up most of the closet. We ended up pushing the mattress into half the closet and putting clothing on an ironing board! Towels are very sparse and extremely old. Downstairs the kitchen had one very battered frypan we wouldn’t use and one very small cookpot. We have stayed in a number of VRBO’s. This is the first one that was disappointing and below what we expected for what we paid.

The unit pictures show the unit is dated and is priced accordingly. Once notified we corrected the plumbing issues.
The Association was conducting balcony repairs and was temporarily closed.
The owner has replaced cookware and new towels.
Thank you for informing us of our issues so we would correct and make better for future guest.
Rooms were spacious, listed represented well the actual place. Located right next to the lagoon. Kids loved swimming with the fish and was a highlight of the trip. Wish this location had kayaks and other items to use.
Overall, the condo was very nice and clean. Good amenities, views, etc.The stairs were very steep and not very wide. They were a challenge for older folks like us. The beds, unfortunately, did detract from the overall otherwise good facility as they were very uncomfortable.
The location was great, it’s right down the road from a dolphin rescue so we went to see the dolphins. You can walk to a small marina and see super cool boats and then you can sit on a sandy beach. There’s lots of chairs and umbrellas. You can walk to the end of a rocky shore and fish. The house itself is three stories and the stairs are steep and feel a little dangerous if you were older or had bad balance. It sits right on a lagoon, which is super cool and you can snorkel and see lots of ocean fish. It’s really fun. The beds were super comfortable. The downstairs bedroom is a daybed and only one person could sleep in there. The kitchen water didn’t work, but I did tell that owner so hopefully that will be fixed for future people. One weird thing was that the patio on the main floor that overlooks the lagoon had trash patio furniture on it. Like a broken three legged chair. I don’t know why they wouldn’t just throw all that stuff away, it would’ve been great to have comfortable patio furniture out there like the upstairs patio has. The other weird thing was that there’s plenty of towels, but no hand towels. For any of the three bathrooms I couldn’t find any hand towels. Not at the end of the world, but still just a little weird. There are two family room rooms and plenty of TVs throughout if you wanna watch TV on your vacation. They also had a water filter pitcher in the fridge, which was great.
We had local work that required us to stay a few days. This was much more pleasant (and economical) than 2 hotel rooms. for 5 people. The only reason I removed a star from accuracy of listing is that from the listing and pictures I was under the impression there was more full size beds. It worked out fine though and we enjoyed very much. Too bad it was mostly a work trip. I would love to come back for pleasure.

Great area, not great place to stay
We loved the location, lagoon and pool. The condo was fairly clean. Those are the positives. The unit was extremely dated with awful bedding, stained pillows, not enough pillows or blankets, a horrible trundle bed that you couldn’t fully pull out because the room was too small, light switches that don’t work, no soap and a coffee pot that severely leaked. I could go on. I would stay at the complex again, but never that unit. We all had miserable nights sleep.
Many aspects of this property are great including location, ease of check in and quality of the beds. While certain areas looked recently updated, the kitchen area and living room /dining room are sereriously dated. The kitchen even includes a trash compactor circa 1982 with no buttons. We are familiar with the layout and knew about the steep stairs but as result of years of guests tugging with their luggage they are all literally ripping out of the walls. We have stayed at this location many times and all our past units have been extremely modern and up to date. We we had family members stay at the building next to us and the room was absolutely spectacular. It would be different if we paid less but their room was only slightly more for the same period of time. They definitely need to spend some money on this room before I would consider staying there again.
