Secluded Cabin on 45 Private Acres with Trails, Pond, Pets Ok.

Private mountain getaway on 45 acres of pristine forest with trails, small pond, and wild life. The restored cabin is over 100 years old has a large deck with rocking chairs and deck chairs and tables. Lounge on the deck and look for wildlife sighted including deer, red fox, bobcat, wild turkey and more. Relax with no surrounding lights and star gaze. Hike or ride your bike on the many trails. Play in the creeks and pond. There are no neighbors the nearest house 1/2 mile away. Pets are welcome with a dog door and a fenced in area in the front lawn.

Inside the cabin is cozy and best for couples. One bedroom with a queen bed, tile bathroom, vaulted ceiling living room with wood burning fire and sleeper sofa, stocked bookshelves, full kitchen, sun room, large front deck and small back deck both with rocking chairs and deck chairs and table. Comfortable inside and outside.

The small quaint town of Burnsville is 20 minutes away and Asheville is a short 45 minute drive.

If you want to get away from it all and try living out in the mountains this is the place.

We live in Asheville and did live in the cabin for almost 10 years we still go up almost every weekend it is free to enjoy nature at its best.

Asheville and Burnsville are both close by yet the cabin location is remote with no other houses in site.

What makes this property unique

Remote mountain location no other houses, cars or people in site. Nature right out the doorstep with hiking trails out the back door. Enjoy the mountains from the front porch, the bird feeder from the sunroom, and the stars from the deck.
