About this property

Endless seaviews and private pool -- and a stroll to Coral Bay!

Enjoy beautiful seaviews from every room in the villa and lots of space around the private pool for a BBQ dinner, drinks or just chilling in the sun (hmmm?). It's a super short walk to all the restaurants, bars and amenities of Coral Bay high street and about 15 minutes to the stunning Blue Flag Coral Bay beach.

Coral Bay has upscaled over the past few years, adding a teppanyaki restaurant, Tex Mex, two Italian places, a Belgian French restaurant -- and even some really nice Thai! That said, the real joy of being in Cyprus is some tzaziki and a stifado at one of the many Cypriot restaurants -- a person favourite is Seriani (it's been there forever which says something).

Many guests decide just to make the villa homebase rather than renting a car, but personally I think you're missing something if you don't check out Paphos town and its fabulous mosaics. If you do decide that life is hectic enough without sightseeing on vacation, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a separate dining area, a large lounge with corner sofa and TV downstairs. Upstairs you'll find two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two twin beds along with a full bathroom with shower over the bath.

Outside in back is where the chilling happens. Loungers by the pool, an outdoor dining table if you are BBQing and a seating area with seaviews are waiting for you. Make use of that fully stocked kitchen and grab some wine glasses in time for sundowners!

In front, private parking directly adjacent to the property ensures your car is secure, while a monitored fire and burglar alarm system takes care of you.

One last thing: due to liabilities around the unmonitored pool and the large amount of glass and collectibles in the villa, the property isn't appropriate for kids under the age of 14. I would ask that you please respect this policy.

Excellent property

Lovely villa, very clean and had everything we required. Great views out to sea, a short walk to the bars and restaurants. I wasn’t aware how “English” Coral bay had become, if you like the English bars and full breakfasts this area is for you, if you prefer more traditional restaurants and bars there’s some lovely places further up into the hills just a short car ride away.

I’d also suggest for people without a car and who prefer to stay on the strip, that they can find their most authentic meals at Seriani and Corallo, both of which are still run by the families which started them.

Just as described

Beautiful villa - just as described and pictured on the website. Uninterrupted super sea views and easy walk to Coral Bay strip with all the shops, bars and restaurants but the villa location is very peaceful. Beach walkable and only a few minutes by car. Well equipped with everything you could need. You won't be doing Olympic training in the pool but it was perfectly adequate for a refreshing dip and laze and spotlessly clean. We had a lovely stay. We reported to the property manager that the air con in the double bedroom wasn't working properly so might be worth checking that has been addressed

I have recently returned from a 2 week stay with my husband & a friend in this villa which is located in a quiet residential area. There is easy access to a good selection of restaurants,cafes, shops supermarket & the lovely Coral Bay beach all within a short walking distanceThe beautiful sea views could be seen from, both bedrooms, lounge, dining room & garden. The kitchen was well equipped, with crockery cutlery glassware pans etc. The villa also benefits from an alarm system. We enjoyed our 2 week stay . The host (Carol) was helpful in providing information re airport transfer & was open to requests for a later check out time if letting shedule permitted. It was particularly helpful for us as our flight left Paphos late in the evening . I found Carol approachable & keen to ensure guests have an enjoyable stay. There is also a local manager, who makes contact with guests both prior to arrival & in person shortly after arrival. Overall I am happy to recommend this property to adults looking for a peaceful holiday with close proximity to amenities.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks in this beautiful Villa. The weather was perfect and the views from the villa were beautiful, very peaceful and the location was perfect, just a 5 minute walk to bars and restaurants, 10 mins walk to the beach and large supermarket. There are a few negatives! Firstly no washing machine but had a dishwasher that we never used, we think a washing machine would be more beneficial. We had a late arrival 23.15hrs there was no water or welcome pack when we arrived, so we had to go back out to get some. A booklet with information and instructions for all appliances and local amenities would be good. On the plus side the communication with the property manager Martin was brilliant. He sorted any issues we had. Also Samantha and Paula were lovely too. We would definitely go back.

It is a shame, however, that you didn’t take the time to read any of the information made available to you. The absence of a washing machine and presence of a dishwasher is clearly stated in the VRBO listing. And I personally send every renter a pdf with information relevant to the villa, including that all the appliance manuals can be found in the bottom kitchen drawer and providing information about Coral Bay and its surroundings. For sure, reading that information would have enhanced your enjoyment of the unbeatable location!

Ein sehr schönes Reihenhaus mit bombastischem Ausblick, guter Ausstattung und tollem professionellem Service - danke Martin - wie auf den Photos beschrieben. Coral Bay Beach ist gleich um die Ecke von und nette Bars wie das Legends um die Ecke.Den Sonnenuntergang kann man zuhause beim Grillen geniessen oder man fährt in eine der Bars/Restaurants oberhalb von Coral Bay.

Très jolie appartement, cuisine ok,piscine ok ,jardin,manque quelques équipements pour entretien, balais et raclette pour ne pas tout mouiller . Debut de sejour calme ensuite nuisances sonores liées aux voisins tres bruyants bien au delà du raisonnable. C est bien dommage.

Fantastischer Urlaub - tolle Villa mit herrlichem Seeblick - toller Service - SUPER!

Der Urlaub war fantastisch, weil die Villa super eingerichtet ist und dei Bilder und Beschreibung all das halten, was versprochen wurde. Die Villa ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles war super sauber und bestens vorbereitet. Wir hatten im Vorfeld mit der Agentur und später mit Martin zwei Ansprechpartner, die vor und im Urlaub bei allem unterstützt haben - topp! Der Seeblick ist herrlich, es gibt vorne eine Promenade zum Spazieren, Coral Bay hat einen tollen Strand. Coral Bay entwickelt sich noch aber die Ecke dort ist toll! Wir kommen wieder - liebe Grüße und Danke!

I'm originally from Canada and am a huge fan of travelling -- I guess you've figured that out from the Canadian with a Cypriot villa advertised on VRBO UK part!

Why they chose this property

When looking for a place to call a second home in Cyprus, I grabbed a good friend and we trolled the coastline from Ayia Napa to Larnaca to Limassol to Paphos. I ended up where I am in Coral Bay because I loved the beaches and the manageable town, which provides a nice diversion.

What makes this property unique

I don't think there are actually that many properties that are both frontline to the sea as well as walking distance to a big selection of bars and restaurants. Whenever I visit myself (which I do regularly), I feel privileged.
