Following the recent hurricane, many properties on the island experienced elevator disruptions, and we understand how frustrating this can be. We also apologize for your experience with the beach attendant. While the beach attendants are employed through the complex and are not directly managed by us, we are sorry that your interaction was not a positive one. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future.

Unfortunately, this was outside of our control, and we notified all guest as soon as we became aware of the issue and monitored the situation until service was restored.
