Beautiful property!

Loved our stay. Was a clean and comfortable property, beach access was quick and easy Huge balcony, comfortable living room. Kitchen had every thing I needed. Loved having multiple bathrooms. Tub was giant and comfortable. Security guard was kind of over the top, but if that was the only annoyance we faced I count it as a win. Great property, would absolutely stay again.

Great Labor Day Weekend

A great condo! Great beach! Randy, our agent responded immediately to any questions I had about the condo since the listing didn’t have pictures at the time of booking. We will definitely stay in this unit again.

GLORIOUS

My husband and I have stayed at Regency Isle many times over the years and it is just like coming home! Love this property, the friendly staff, the wonderful guests and the view of the beach just outside my bedroom and livingroom door. Only thing that could have been better in 506, our most recent stay, the condo was clean and well stocked with everything you could need except toys, cards, puzzles for entertainment inside the condo. Some owners even leave their owners closet open for beach tand pool toys. I highly recommend this paradise to anyone interested in having a great vacation.

All was wonderful except that I only received one parking pass. I had been promised two and had to pay for the second one. Still confused about that.

Great location. Nice beach. Good parking. Fast elevators. Clean lobby. Plenty of carts to move things. Kitchen was good. Wood furniture very nice and attractive. Balcony chairs were excellent. Great TV selection. Nice ceiling fans. Very nice wall decor. Master bath needs total updating needs higher toilet (we had to buy a raised seat for my 6’4” disabled husband), taller counter/sinks, new shower door (we were afraid it would fall off). Clean black mold out of shower & on outside wood where shower door leaks. Master bed needs new topper there is a hump in middle and sides are worn out. Probably needs a new mattress. Couch needs replacing. The shower curtains in front bedroom were moldy (see pictures). We had to wash them. Plus it’s 2 shower curtains tied together. When we arrived there was sand on the floor. Ike’s beach service was good but our umbrellas are 2 rows back from the waterline & we were jealous of neighboring umbrellas much closer to the water. We hope this review will help. We will not be staying here again. This is the first time we have rented from a company instead of privately owned. In comparison to our previous experiences, this condo has not been taken care of.

I’ve flagged this reservation with our operations, maintenance, and housekeeping teams to investigate and address your concerns: the master bath accessibility (toilet height and counters), the loose/shaky shower door and any leaks, black mold in the shower and on exterior wood, the master bed topper/mattress hump, the worn couch, moldy/tied-together shower curtains, and the sand left on the floor at arrival. We’ll also share feedback with the beach service about umbrella placement. Could have been great

Condo is in a good location, easy access to the beach and the balcony is large and awesome. Loved the lazyboy chairs to look out at the ocean too. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom shower had some mold.Construction went on from 8:30 am - 11 pm. May not have been as awful if I wasn’t trying to work during the day. Contacted liquid life and just said how sorry they were . Instructed me to contact the condo management. I felt like this should be their job since they rented this to me. I should not have to solve the noise problem. Liquid life sends you all sorts of text saying they want your stay to be enjoyable with no action taken. We left a day early. I won’t rent from them again. I understand construction happens but I should have been forewarned.
