Welcome to Bella Vita – where the magic of the Oregon Coast awaits! Just a few steps to the beach, this 5th floor, 2 Bed, 2 Bath condo is designed for relaxation, connection, and coastal adventure. Wake up to the sound of surf, comb the beach for treasures, build sandcastles and enjoy sunsets, all from your home away from home.

The condominium building is located just across a small, quiet street from the beach, with direct access via a short set of rock steps next to the Beach Toy Library. For guests who need a ramp or prefer easier beach access, there is a designated entry point near the red caboose, approximately 1-2 blocks away.
Please note: There is a single row of houses and some overhead phone wires between the building and the beach. However, our fifth-floor condo offers beautiful views of the ocean through large picture windows.
Up to 2 dogs are allowed. They must be supervised at all times and never left alone in the condo. Be sure to allow extra time to get downstairs (elevator or stairs) for pet breaks. Please pick up after your pet. A waste station and popular doggy area are located across the street near the beach path. Rockaway Beach is very pet-friendly, but as of now, there’s no dog park—just a big, beautiful beach to enjoy (on leash)!I

We love that it’s the perfect blend of relaxation and discovery. There’s always something new to explore—hidden trails, beach treasures, or a cozy café that just opened. It’s also a great base for day trips up and down the coast, but we find ourselves happiest just staying close and enjoying the simple pleasures of this beautiful spot.
