Sea Escape

Wonderful property layout. Quiet and nicely updated with proper safety features for littles that made me feel welcomed and cared for. My only knock on this property- is the lack of A/C throughout the condo- especially the bedrooms. Would reconsider booking in the fall/winter next time to avoid 84 degree stuffy hot bedrooms.

Leina, We are glad you enjoyed our condo. Hope you were able to take advantage of the complimentary early check in. Unfortunately, you happened to be there for an unusually hot weekend. When the building was constructed, A/C was not needed due to cool weather at the coast, so there is no venting for central air. This is why we have the large portable units for use in the main front rooms, and smaller, ventless coolers and fans for the bedrooms. We would love for you to return again anytime. In the meantime, we are researching other cooling options since it seems we are in for warmer weather patterns going forward.
