Luxurious Villa with Panoramic Ocean View, Private Pool and optional Car

Casa Presioso is a beautiful two-story house on a private cul-de-sac in Santa Barbara on the island of Bonaire in the Caribbean Netherlands (former Netherlands Antilles). Being built on the hill, it has a spectacular free panoramic view overlooking the ocean, Kralendijk and the islet Klein Bonaire.

Relax in the private pool with spacious sundeck, lie back in the lush cushions of our lounge area on the porch, or enjoy the serenity of every-day's beautiful sunsets after dinner on the outdoor dining room on the second floor the best way to conclude another day of diving or snorkeling!

Casa Presioso has room for 6 people. Bedrooms accommodate 2 persons. On special request we can put in an extra foldable bed for one extra (7th) person. If you require separate bedrooms and/or extra beds, it is possible to order and use an extra bed(room) for an additional fee of 1 extra person (to cover for cleaning, bedlinen and utilities); please notify the owner if that is you wish. For a baby or toddler (up to 2 years) there is always place available for no extra cost (if no extra bedroom is needed). If you require anything extra: we welcome special requests and try our best to fulfil them.

All bedrooms have A/C and traditional ceiling fans with light and remote control. The master bedroom has a large double bed and private bathroom. The other two bedrooms have large double beds and a shared bathroom. Double beds can be separated into two single beds on (prior) request.

Casa Presioso is especially well suited and equipped for divers and snorkelers: on the side of the house you will find separate rinse tanks for clothes, dive/snorkeling equipment and underwater photo/film gear, as well as a (lockable) drying area.

Casa Presioso owns both a Toyota (manual) and a Ford (automatic) double cabin (5p) pickup, which we offer our guests to borrow when staying at the house. The car will be delivered to you clean and with a full tank of gas and you simply return it with a full tank again. As borrower you only pay for the cost of full insurance and depreciation of the car: $50 (approx. €45) per night of your stay, all-inclusive. You do not pay any additional taxes or fees a rental company will charge you. For comparison: commercial rental companies advertise with low daily rates, but then add the cost of insurance ($15-$25 per day), extra costs for extra drivers or child seats, 'location fee' for being located on or close to the airport (6% on total), and VAT (6% on total), which results in doubling the cost they advertise.

For guests that rent our car, we are able to reduce waiting times after your arrival to zero: we offer our guests a free transfer from the airport to our house and back again. On arrival transportation will be waiting for you to bring you directly to our house, where you will be welcomed by our property manager. For your return home the same is true: you will be picked up from the house and brought back to the airport. In case your flight does not leave for several hours, you may also choose to go to Kralendijk or a beach club of your choice between our house and the airport, to enjoy your last hours on the island to the fullest (in which case you will organize your own last transfer to the airport).

The house has a fiber connection, making it the fastest internet connection offered on Bonaire (over 100Mb). There is no limit to the usage or number of devices you can connect to it. In the house you will also find a (iMac) computer and laser printer that you can use.

The free-standing villa has a large and beautiful garden (1088 m² / 11,711 sq. ft.) with palm trees, bougainvillea and oleanders that bloom the whole year through.

On this website you can get a detailed and full quote to rent the house for any given period and number of people. Car loan is optional, and therefore not yet included in that quote.

Except for the optional car loan, no other costs, taxes or fees will be added. The quote includes:
