Lake-front views in a peaceful cove on Lake Keowee. This home has a lot of features including covered boat dock, 3 private bedrooms, a large downstairs common area with bunk beds, & more.

Home sleeps up to 10, including bed spaces and couches. Bring your family & friends and enjoy a getaway at the most prestigious, relaxing , and beautiful lake in South Carolina.

The Space:
The home includes 3 bedrooms upstairs including 1-King Bed in Master Bedroom, 1-Queen Bed in a Bedroom, 2-Twin Beds in one bedroom. Downstairs there is a set of bunk beds in the common area which includes 1- Full Bed on the bottom bunk and 1-Twin bed as the top bunk. Home can sleep a total of 9 people in beds. Additional sleeping areas include 1-crib in master bedroom, and 2-couches (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs). If booking for a max of 10 guests, please plan accordingly.

Hot tub & use of boat ramp is included for FREE in this rental.
*Please note, fire pit is unusable at this time*

*Please ensure that you communicate with the Property Manager about your desire to use the dock or hot tub. The dock is only available to be tied up on the side of the dock as the covered space is occupied with a boat at all times. Fire pit is not available for use at this time. Hot tub is included in this rental.

This home has four Ring security cameras for security monitoring home when not being rented. They are not actively monitored. They are located in the following locations. 1. Front Ring Doorbell Camera 2. Ring Floodlight Camera outside garage observing driveway. 3. Ring Floodlight Camera at lower patio door observing backyard and lakefront. 4. Ring Camera on Outside Portico observing dock and jetski port.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
Please take all trash to the road trashcan.
Please hang all wet towels as housekeepers may not be cleaning same day.
Return all water toys, kayaks etc back inside the garage
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No loud music after 10pm. Please be mindful of excessive noise at all times as this is a quiet cove, but we do want you to have a great time as well
No Fireworks
All trash must be bagged and taken to trash can at road (60yards). No trash/food can be left outside in the evening due to not encourage wild animals

Perfect Lake House

Such a beautiful house with an amazing lake view! We were in town for our oldest daughter’s graduation from Clemson, her Rowing banquet, my husband’s 60th birthday and Mother’s Day. It was the perfect place to celebrate so many great things!

Spring Break at the Lake

Loved this home on the lake. Very clean and spacious. Very comfortable! Gorgeous dock for my fisherman. We will return in the summer months!! Thanks to our wonderful host John!

Great Lake House!

We really enjoyed our stay at this lake house. It’s beautifully decorated and great for a large family. My kids really enjoyed the downstairs hangout area and fun games. My husband and I loved the screened in porch. Everything is thought of including high quality soaps, really nice bath towels and comfortable beds. We would definitely stay here again!

The perfect lake house!

The house is beautifully decorated with new furniture! I cannot say enough about the outdoor space…that’s where we spent most of our time! The owner was more than accommodating and helpful! The boat ramp was a bonus not found with many rentals. This was the perfect stay for our son’s youth bass tournament. We plan to visit in the summer again, but don’t hesitate on a fall trip to this house!

No detail left undone!

John and Jessica thought of every tiny detail when creating a perfect getaway for families or friends! Well thought out outdoor spaces for relaxing, cooking and playing! The house itself has the perfect layout for gathering or getting your own privacy! My friends and I enjoyed the perfect fall weekend enjoying the lake, Clemson homecoming and a quick trip to the Highlands for lunch and shopping! The check in, check out process was simple and I would absolutely rent this property again!

Don’t hesitate to rent!

We had a lovely four night fall break here. It was a perfect set-up for teenagers. We had five with us in total and they all raved about the weekend. The house has so many distractions for them. We rented a boat and tied up to the dock, which is easy to do, as the cove is plenty wide enough. The bottom floor had a Pac-Man game installed in the wall plus a basketball shooting set-up. There were lots of lake toys in the garage that the owners graciously let us use. The hot tub was a huge hit. The screened-in porch with TV made for great football watching. The beds were comfortable and my son even commented that the bunk bed was the best he had slept in. The kitchen had just about everything you would need. We cooked quite a few meals. The location of the house on the lake is perfect. We took the boat over to The Lighthouse Restaurant (10 minute boat ride) to grab lunch. The owners are super responsive. We took a poll on the way home and all the kids said they would gladly return!

Wonderful house. We came down from NY to see the Clemson vs Syracuse football game. It couldn’t have been more peaceful. Great house for a family or a friend’s reunion. 12 out of 10. A.
