Beautiful new custom home on Lake Keowee. Nestled in a picturesque cove with stunning sunrises and calm waters. Built in 2023 with all the details of a luxury mountain lake retreat. Open living space upstairs and downstairs, including screen porch with gorgeous lake views. Master on main with balcony. Two additional bedrooms downstairs and great bunk room for the kids (sleeps 6). Short walk to private dock located in quiet cove. Wood lot and downstairs patio for dining and cooking out. The home has two fireplaces and an outdoor fire pit. Large open dock with Adirondack chairs, bistro lights and dock box filled with saddles and floats. There are stairs going down into the lake to make it easy for older guests. 30 minutes from Clemson University.

Lake oasis

Beautiful home with direct access to the lake! The view is perfect. We enjoyed the screened in porch, dock and fire pit at night. Super clean and well appointed. I would happily stay again!

Absolutely the perfect lake house for your family & friends to stay. Perfect location on lake with quiet open views, large cove for pulling someone on boat while others watch, great for swimming and slow sloping so easy to walk down to lake.No words needed to describe this gorgeous new lake house except one; "PERFECTION!"

Excellent Lake Home! Decorated lovely, very clean and neat with everything we needed. Great kitchen with plenty of dishes, serving pieces and high end appliances. Elegantly decorated with a subtle Clemson vibe. Easy check-in/check-out with very thoughtful hosts. Thanks for a great stay!

Gated community lake front

The house and its owners were great. Communication was quick and always helpful. Would 100% recommend this house to anyone with kids and a boat. The location of the house is very convenient as well.

Idyllic spot in Keowee!

Can’t say enough to express how lovely this property and the owners are! Gorgeous new home, tasteful design, great kitchen with everything you need. Beautiful, wooded lot. Fantastic dock for tying up the pontoon we rented, and great seating on the dock, also great swim spot in the clear Keowee water. Responsive, friendly owners. We’ll be back!

Great weekend stay, super cozy!

We had great communication from the start. Very friendly host. The house was right on the lake with easy access, a fire pit stocked with wood which was a huge plus for us because it was so cold when we stayed. The main floor had the master bedroom, and then below was two bedrooms with queen beds and an amazing bunk room for the kids. This set up was perfect for us, my in laws stayed on the main floor and my husband and I, along with our children stayed downstairs. Great house, so cozy and wonderful layout for families.

Exceptional home on Lake Keowee

Beautifully decorated new home on Lake Keowee was perfect for our extended family. Our married children and their kids stayed here for four days and felt it was exceptional in every way. They particularly liked the big porch that had a mountain home feel and the well appointed rooms. The modern kitchen was very organized and well-stocked. Landscaping is still in a natural wooded state in the back of the house.

My wife and I love Lake Keowee. That is not a rental property, it is our family home. We love being on this gorgeous lake with our 3 boys.

Why they chose this property

This is a small gated community with only 12 homes. We love being in the middle of so much natural beauty. The homes are closer to the water than what you’ll find in some neighborhoods on Keowee.

What makes this property unique

When you sit on the screened porch and look out over the lake, you feel like you’re in a secluded mountain retreat.
