Almost perfect

The place was almost perfect for a solo ski trip. Easy check in, walking distance to a ski lift, comfortable bed and plenty of space (good enough for a comfortable stay for 2). The unit is also on the top floor which I like. There were 2 problems that were due to the design of the building. 1. Two separate units share small common space (washer and dryer) and one outside door. Unfortunately, the two units also share a thermostat which is located in the other unit. As long as the other unit keeps it cold, you're OK since there is also a baseboard heater in the unit. 2. You can hear loud conversations from the neighboring unit. Overall, it was still a perfect ski trip (Heavenly could have used more snow). I closed the HVAC vents to deal with too much heat. The next door neighbors were not too loud so that was OK too. I would come back on my next trip.
