Lovely rental in downtown Gunnison! Prime location if needing to be near Western Colorado University or walking distance of downtown. The decor is modern and very welcoming. All instructions were very clear. Would definitely stay here again!

Cute and convenient place!

We stayed here with my two older parents and our dogs. We had everything we needed and were able to get into town easily due to its closeness to campus and Main Street. The yard was perfect for our dogs to relax. Great place to stay!

We stayed here to ski Crested Butte. The mountain is about 35 minutes away, so very doableThe house is not huge, but plenty of space for 3 people. It’s very comfortable and beautifully decorated. We would stay here again

Easy to find, close to coffee on your way up to ski in the morning and an easy drive to the mountain. Place was welcoming and clean with plenty of space. Christmas tree 🎄 was a very nice touch!

We absolutely loved this Vrbo! Perfect amount of space for two, three or even four people. Kitchen was awesome with good pots and pans. Everything in the home is high quality and felt fancy. We made great use of the space and will definitely use it again if we come through Gunnison.

Very Happy with property. Kitchen was well equipped and we used it often. Location was great right next to Western making it very convenient. Will definitely rent it again. Bummed we cannot rent it for Graduation week in May.

Connor was born and raised in Gunnison, CO. His family owns the antler store, also known as Traders Rendezvous. Connor had the opportunity to go play football out of state in college but chose to stay here and play for the Mountaineers. Looking back, he is so glad he made the choice to stay. With the endless amount of activities this valley has to offer he knew he wanted to stay here and raise his kids with the same opportunities he had growing up. He and his wife now have two little kids they get to raise where everyone dreams of vacationing!

Why they chose this property

We wanted something in town and close to all the activities. Walking/biking distance to all the restaurants, bars, coffee shops and parks you can't go wrong with this location!

We fell in love with this homes modern and updated finishes. Everything was well thought out and the top of the line products were chosen to complete this house. We love the simplicity and luxury feel this home brings as soon as you step foot in the door.
