My husband Steve and I have been coming to Gunnison for the past 35 years. This is home to my husband whom has been coming to Gunnison since he was 4 years old. He remembers the cabins along the river Before Blue Mesa Reservoir was created. We lived in Gunnison full time for 10 years! Now we have a part time home that we would love to share with YOU.

This property was the Historic Old Red Dolly (for you ol' timers) Located on the Gunnison River with some of the greatest fishing right out your back door. Put in a raft and enjoy the Gunnison River up close and personal. So close to Blue Mesa Reservoir, great boating!

What makes this property unique

This is a small private cottage on the Gunnison River with some of the best fishing in your backyard. If you like Lake fishing or Boating, our place is only 10 minutes to Blue Mesa Reservoir ! This home is cozy, quiet, yet close to everything the Gunnison Country has to offer.
