Miramar's 60 foot pool and sunning area is a symphony of water, tile and grass. The pool is large enough to do laps and includes a water jet spa. Snorkling is fantastic with a convenient ladder entry. The unique jump off platform is an ExtremeSport challenge for young and old. But there is a stairway to easy ocean entrance and exit.

Everything in the condo is absolutely new, fresh and first class.
A stylish cement platform sofa with leather recliners decorate the living room. The new furnishings are custom made after the designs of a modernist Mexican architect. Dramatic masonry pillars and wall alcoves define the spacious living room and large dining room. Canvas, handpainted murals by Judith Kjenstad decorate the walls and alcoves. Judy is a well known Scandinavian folk painter who has produced for our condo some remarkable paintings inspired by Mexican folk painting.

If you love to cook, you will be amazed at this kitchen. Granite counter tops, GE Profile appliances including a convection oven.
The Master Bedroom has a king bed with a new pillow top mattress. The room features a custom made dresser as well as built-ins in the large closet. Because of the size of the master, there is a sitting/reading area for your enjoyment in front of the glass oceanview windows. A separate vanity area awaits you and there is a large walk-in shower.

The back bedroom features two double beds and a large closet and built in dresser. Two attractive windows view a internal garden area. The second bathroom there has a separate vanity as well, with a large walk-in shower.
We have packed these spaces with amenities we enjoy, like an audiophile stereo with IPOD docking and an LCD TV/DVD combo for your movies or ours.
The Costera Norte is the exclusive quiet area on the island where luxury condos are being built. If you rent another unit south of San Miguel, your week in Cozumel will be faced with thousands of cruisers leaving the ships for town and the taxis that follow them. San Francisco beach is daily stacked with cruise ship beach visitors and the jet ski and activities.

When Mexico decided to provide an ocean retreat for the President, it selected Cozumel as the location. They chose the North Drive (Costera Norte) for the location. So the President of Mexico is our neighbor to the south.
There are reasons why our three condos have one of the highest returning guest rates on the island. First is the unique location. If you are considering a condo rental, first ask "is it right on the ocean?" Many condos that advertise "right on the ocean" are actually buried in high density complexes near the ocean or located in high rise condos that feel more like apartments than private condos. Our condos are located on one of the most pristine shores in Cozumel.

THE SUN AND SHADE ON MIRAMAR’S NORTH AND SOUTH TOWERS- Every Miramar condo has dramatic ocean views from their balcony. The condos on the North Tower are set back approximately 11 feet from the condos in the South Tower. The result is that South Tower condos receive direct sun on their balconies from late morning to sunset. The balconies in the North Tower are partially shaded 25% to 40% for reading, resting and outdoor eating. Both Miramar 102 and Miramar 302 have partial shade, our preference.

We owned an historic Inn in Stillwater Minnesota for 18 year. We know how quickly a property can become a "rental". Our goal is to make this condo feel like you are staying in the owners home, which indeed you are!
