If you're looking for a quiet retreat away from cellphones and jet skis, our vacation home is for you. Located about 1 1/4 miles down a well-maintained dirt road, the home sits about 75 yards back from the lake in a wooded area, surrounded by lawn. There is a filtered view of the lake through the trees, especially at sunset. It's a short walk to our private waterfront area, where there is a screen room and dock for your convenience and comfort. Some other features of the property include: * post-and-beam construction * two bedrooms plus sleeping loft for up to 8 people * queen bed in downstairs bedroom; two twins in upstairs bedroom * loft with two twin beds and a queen sofa bed and lots of space to spread out - the favorite place for kids and teens * two bathrooms, one with tub/shower and one with shower * large screened porch * four private acres with mountain-fed stream running through * private frontage on Kimball Lake *fire pit * shared tennis courts(not exactly Wimbledon, but pretty good for the woods) * two Old Town canoes with paddles; two single kayaks
