Beautiful, waterfront home located on the St Mary’s River, fisherman’s dream

If you love fishing and being on the water this beautiful waterfront home is perfect for you. Has a dock to fish off of, dock your boat and/or Jet Skis or just sit outside and watch the ships go by. Two Kayaks available for use during your stay. Just miles away from hiking trails, brewery’s and small town restaurants. This home is fully furnished. Bring your own food to cook over the fire or use our family friendly kitchen. Once you’ve experience this property you will never want to leave. Sleeps up to 8 adults. Some blankets provided. Bring your pillows, blankets, life jackets, laundry soap and toiletries. Dock will be pulled after Labor Day Weekend. There is a marina less then 5 minutes away.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Please remove any used Linens from the beds and place in the bathtub. Wash dishes and pick up the house. Please do not leave trash laying around.
Please take trash up to the end of the lane and place trash into the garbage cans. Trash runs on Fridays. Take trash cans down Thursday night.
Please leave the doors unlocked when leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
the home owners will not be responsible for any renter injury or damage to renters personal property.
If bringing a boat or something to place at the dock, be sure to pull it out of the water when there is a wind or storm coming in.
The waters can get bad in storms or winds and could cause damage to boats that may be tied at the dock. Please pull them out of the water then
