Riverside Escape Come stay walking distance between intercostal river and ocean!

Come stay walking distance between the intercostal river and ocean! I recommend using a car for the ocean as parking is free!
The river has great kayaking and fishing, close to famous Port Canaveral, Cocoa Beach Pier, Ron Jon's, lots of restaurants, and very nice beach access points. There is some fishing gear for your use. Rent Kayaks, head to the beach, go out site seeing, and then out for night life. FYI, you must walk a block to see water, get out and enjoy!

Access to intercostal river onsite and walking distance to ocean about four blocks.
Enjoy entire space with your family!
FYI, Bedroom 2 has a twin day bed that converts to a king size bed for added comfort.

River access and long fishing pier is for all townhouse owners and guests, enjoy sunsets, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, dolphin watching, and more! Rentals and boating trips are all nearby.

Kennedy Space Center, Dinosaur, and Wizard of Oz Museums are close by if you like museums! There is also Ariel Adventures, Golf N Gators, go karts, escape room, and so much more !

Great Location for a Great Getaway!

Wonderful accommodations for a beach trip! It has everything you need (beach towels, washer/dryer, large refrigerator, large kitchen ...) for a memorable vacation. We enjoyed the short walk to the dock to fish and see the stingrays, fish & even a manatee family! Property is well maintained and communication was fast during our stay. We will be back!
